Prince of Jeju and Princess of Seoul officially engage But are they officially in love?

The royal makes the statement very clearly the reason that they are engaged because they fall into each other since they were little but the media said otherwise. It said they aren't in love because they are never seen together, the way they look at each other, it's just plain and they also have pictures of Hwasa and Jaehyun, they believe Jaehyun and Hwasa are in love and this marriage is arranged.
