Bertholdt's PoV

I Cover My Ears As The Female Titan Roars and I Take My Hands Away When She Stops. She Continues Running In The Direction Of The Wall and I Look Up At Danielle Who Is Muttering Encouraging Words In The Titans Ear. Reiner Turns His Head and I See A Look Of Fear Settle On His Features.

Annie Begins To Slow Down and I Yell, "Reiner! Annie Is Running Out Of Steam!" Reiner Nods "I Know" He Replies. Danielle Growls and Says, "Damn It. The Plan Was For Annie To Take Turns With Jaws. She Hit Breaking Point Ages Ago!" Reiner Looks Up At Her and Yells, "They Are Going To Catch Up!" My Eyes Light Up When I See The Wall and I Yell, "I SEE IT!" Danielle Nods and Reiner Yells, "ANNIE! SWITCH!" and He Jumps Off Of Her and Transforms. Danielle Picks Annie Up and She Lands On Reiner's Head and Yells, "GET RUNNING REINER!" Reiner Grunts and Begins Sprinting Towards The Wall.

Danielle's PoV

Reiner Places Bertholdt Down and I Yell, "BERTHOLDT! THIS IS ALL YOU NOW!" He Nods and Reiner Turns Around and Runs Away So Bertholdt Has Enough Room To Transform. The Flash Of Lightning Blinds Me Temporarily and I Shout, "Reiner! Look Ahead You Numbskull!" We Crash Into The Titans That Annie Had Called and Reiner Tries To Fight Them Off.

I Growl and Hold Annie Close To Me As Reiner Bats Them Away and Sprints Towards Bertholdt. He Grabs Him and Climbs Up The Wall and He Places Us Down. Bertholdt Sits Next To Me and I Mutter, "I Almost Lost Annie Because Of Reiner's Incompetence. She Could Have Died From Exhaustion." Bertholdt Looks At Me and Says, "She'll Be Fine. Trust Me." I Nod and Wipe Away The Tears, That Are Threatening To Fall, With My Sleeve.

INSIDE WALL ROSE

I Rock Back and Fourth On My Sleeping Bag As I Wait For Annie To Wake Up and The Worry Builds Up In The Pit Of My Stomach and I Hear, "Where Are We?" I Turn My Head and I Crawl Over To Her As I Begin To Cry Silently. Bertholdt Sighs and Mumbles, "Inside Wall Rose." I Bury My Head Into The Nape Of Her Neck and I Wrap My Arms Around Her Waist.

Annie Turns Her Head and Mutters, "Hey...What's Up?" I Nuzzle Closer and I Whimper, "I Thought I Lost You. When You Didn't Wake Up.... I...." Annie Turns Around In My Arms and Says, "We're All Alive. That's What Matters." Reiner Sighs and Whimpers, "Danielle.... Annie.... Bertholdt.... Marcel.... I'm Sorry. I Promise I'll Become A Real Warrior" and He Pulls Us Into A Hug.

Time Skip

I Stand Next To Annie As We Have A Warm Drink and I Hear, "My Village Was Located In The Mountains In Southeast Wall Maria and Unlike The Thriving Towns By The River, It Took A While For Us To Be Informed That The Wall Had Been Destroyed. Well, The Titans Were The First To Let Us Know What Transpired."

I Take A Gulp Of My Drink and The Man Continues, "Around Dawn, The Livestock Began To Get Really Noisy and Then We Heard Rumbling That Only Seemed To Get Louder. I Realized It Was Footsteps So I Rushed To Open The Windows." He Takes A Large Gulp Of His Drink and Continues, "After That, My Mind Goes Blank But I Remember Getting On My Horse and Running. I Left Behind Three Kids Around Your Age." Later We Found The Same Guy Hanging From A Tree.

A FEW DAYS LATER

I Wipe The Sweat Off My Brow As I Help Reiner and Bertholdt Unearth A Tree and I Grunt, "So King Fritz Is Just A Figure Head?" Reiner Nods and Grunts, "Not Just The Old Man. It's An Entirely Different Family. They're All Puppets Without A Shred Of Authority" Bertholdt Looks At Him and Breathes, "But They're Probably Not Subjects Of Ymir. The People Inside The Centre Of The Walls Are Probably A Different Race Of Eldians Who Sucked Up To King Fritz A Century Ago"

I Rest A Hand On My Shoulder and I Stretch It and I Begin Pushing Again "Because There Was No Need For The Founding Titan?" Reiner Asks. Become Soldiers and Get Close The Interior Military Police" Annie Looks At Him and Says, "I Know You Aren't Going To Want To Hear This From Me But It Has Taken Us Two Years To Do This Much Research"

I Nod and Say, "During That Time We Have Been Uprooting Trees." Reiner Grunts and Growls, "You're the Only One Who's Able To Enter The Royal Capital." Reiner Nods "It's Been Two Years Since We Destroyed The Wall and The King Of The Walls Never Made A Move." He Informs.

I Nod and I Say, "Yeah, Yeah We Get It Braun Now Get To The Bloody Point" He Glares At Me and Says, "The King Is Bound By Some Kind Of Law To Renounce War. If The Tybur Family's Information Is Correct That Is" I Sigh and Annie Says, "In That Case, We Should Stop Wasting Our Precious Time and Put A Fucking End To This!"

Reiner Stares At Her, "So You Mean By Destroying Wall Rose and Wall Sheena Too?" He Questions. We Don't Answer and He Continues, "Then Us Precious Warriors Will End Up Falling Before Finishing Our Commitment Because We Will Die Alongside The Rest Of The World."
