Danielle's PoV

I Rake My Fingers Through Annie's Hair As She Snuggles Further Into My Chest. Hitch Climbs Off The Top Bunk and She Whispers, "Is Annie Still Asleep?" I Nod and Murmur, "Obviously" Hitch Nods and Walks Out To Shower. I Feel A Kick Against My Leg and I Chuckle. The Vibrating Of My Chest Wakes Annie Up and She Mumbles, "What Are You Laughing At?" I Smile and Say, "Two Things. One, Junior Just Kicked My Leg and Two, Your Drooling On My T-Shirt" Annie Shoots Up and Wipes The Saliva Off Her Face.

I Laugh Quietly and I Say, "Hitch Is In The Shower." Annie Rolls Her Eyes and Grunts, "Like I Care" I Wrap An Arm Around Her Waist and I Say, "I Spoke To Nile and You Will Be Having Days Off At Around 5 Months Into Your Pregnancy" Annie Groans and Asks, "Seriously?" I Nod and Answer, "Mhm and From Now On I'm Going With You On Your Patrols. We Can't Have You Being Hurt Now Can We?" Annie Lies Back Down and Asks, "Are You Gonna Be This Insufferable For The Full 8 Months?" I Kiss Her Forehead and I Murmur, "I'm Just Looking Out For You" Annie Pulls Me Into A Soft Kiss and Answers, "I Know. I'm Sorry" I Nuzzle Into Her Neck and The Baby Kicks Again. I Chuckle, and I Murmur, "I Think Junior Is Hungry" Annie Rests A Hand On Her Stomach and It Growls. We Both Climb Out Of Bed and We Walk Towards The Shower. After Getting Out Of The Shower, I Follow Annie Back To Her Room and We Pull On Out Uniforms.

I Take Annie's Hand and I Ask, "Do You Want Me To Take You Out For Breakfast Or Do You Want To Go To The Mess Hall?" Annie Hums and Answers, "What Could You Possibly Get Me For Breakfast?" I Smirk and Say, "Donuts" Annie Perks Up Slightly and I Say, "Let's Go" and Annie Eagerly Pulls Me Out Of The Stohess HQ and Through The Streets Of Stohess Before We Reach The Donut Shop.

I Push Open The Door and I Chuckle, "Ladies First" Annie Rolls Her Eyes But Walks Through The Door. We Walk Up To The Counter and The Lady Asks, "What Can I Get You Two Today?" I Hum and Answer, "What Would You Recommend? I'm Not Good At Choosing" Annie Elbows Me and Answers, "Well That Is Going To Be Great For When We Have To Choose Baby Names" I Smile At Her and The Lady Chuckles and Passes Us A Bag.

I Pass Her The Money and She Says, "Congratulations" Annie Smiles and We Both Thank Her and Walk Out. I Pass Annie A Donut and She Bites Into It. I Roll Up The Bag and We Walk To The Marketplace and We Sit On A Bench. I Turn To Face My Girlfriend and She Has Sugar All Around Her Mouth. I Chuckle, and I Say, "Annie?" She Looks At Me and Hums, "Yeah?" I Wipe The Sugar Off Her Face With My Thumb and I Look At Her With A Grin As I Suck The Sugar Off My Thumb.

Annie Leans Towards Me and Licks Sugar Off The Corner Of My Lips. I Smile, and I Hear, "There You Two Are!!" I Look Up and I See Reiner and Bertholdt. I Grin and Say, "Hey Guys!" Reiner Grins and Looks At Annie. He Raises A Brow and Asks, "Hey Annie? Have You Been Stress Eating?" Annie Glares At Him and Grunts, "What Is That Supposed To Mean, Braun?" He Gulps and Stammers, "Well Y-You Look Like You've Put On Weight.... That's All" Annie Growls and I Hold Her Down and I Say, "We Should Tell Them" Annie Sighs and She Says, "Both Of You Put A Hand On My Stomach" The Guys Do As She Says and Bertholdt Gasps. He Pulls Away and Asks, "You're Pregnant?!" Reiner Grins and Exclaims, "Congratulations!! I'm Gonna Be An Uncle!!" Bertholdt's Face Breaks Out Into A Grin and He Pulls Annie and I Into A Hug.

I Laugh and Annie Asks, "So What Are You Guys Doing Here?" Reiner Smiles and Answers, "We Have Been Given A Day Off" Bertholdt Pulls A Donut Out The Bag and He Asks, "Have You Thought Of Baby Names Yet?" I Shake My Head and Annie Answers, "I Have" I Look At Her and She Looks At Me and Says, "How About Zacharias After Your Great Grandfather If It's A Boy and Gabriella After Your Grandmother" I Look At Annie and I Say, "What About Ilia.... After Your Mother" She Smiles and Reiner States, "I Think You'll Have A Boy" I Look At Him and I Answer, "No Redwolf Has Ever Had A Boy" Bertholdt Smirks and Points Out, "Annie Isn't A Redwolf" Annie Laces Our Fingers Together and Says, "Alright. Let's Go Hang Out For A Bit." We All Nod and We Walk Back To The Stohess Base Where We Hang Out and Play Card Games For A Few Hours.

8 Months Later

I Pace Around The Hospital Corridors and Reiner Grabs My Shoulders and Says, "Calm Down" I Glare At Him and Snap, "Do You Understand How I'm Feeling?!" Reiner Is About To Reply When I Hear A Pain Filled Yell Come From Annie's Room. One Of The Midwives Come Out and She Says, "Danielle, We Need You To Come and Calm Her Down" I Nod and I Follow Her Into The Room.

I Walk Over To My Girlfriend and I Lace Our Fingers Together and I Murmur, "Hey Baby" Annie's Eyes Meet Mine and She Smiles Weakly. I Sit On The Chair Next To The Bed and I Pull Her Sweaty Hair Out Of Her Face. I Kiss Her Forehead and I Mutter, "Squeeze As Hard As You Want. I'll Heal" Annie Nods and She Begins Pushing. She Squeezes My Hand and Groans, "It.... Hurts" I Stoke Her Hand With My Thumb and I Murmur, "It's Alright. I'm Here" After A Few More Pushes, I Hear A Baby Crying.

Annie Lets Go Of My Hand and I Set The Bones Back Into Place and I Let Them Heal. I Kiss Annie's Nose As She Sits Up and I Hear, "It's A Boy!" I Snap My Head Around So Fast I Nearly Get Whiplash and I Choke, "What?" Annie Chuckles Breathlessly and I Turn To Her and I Say, "Zacharias It Is Then" Zach Gets Passed To Annie and I Grin and Say, "He Looks So Much Like You" Annie Rests Her Head On My Shoulder and I Ask, "Who's Last Name Is He Getting?" Annie Looks At Me and Says, "I Was Thinking My Last Name. We Can Go With Yours If You'd Like" I Shake My Head and I Say, "Nah. He Has Redwolf Blood Flowing Through His Veins. He Doesn't Need The Name To Go With It." The Nurse Smiles and Asks, "So What Is His Name?" I Look At Her and I Say, "Zacharias Marcel Leonhardt" She Nods and Writes That Down. Annie Looks At Her and Asks, "Can You Send In Reiner Braun and Bertholdt Hoover? I Want Them To Meet Their Nephew" She Nods and Walks Out.

Reiner and Bertholdt Walk In A Few Minutes Later and Reiner Grins, "Do I Have A Niece Or Nephew?" He Whispers Excitedly. I Smile and Say, "You Have A Nephew." Bertholdt Smiles and Asks, "What's His Name?" Zach Wraps His Hand Around My Pinky Finger and I Say, "His Name Is Zacharias. Zacharias Marcel Leonhardt" The Doctor Walks In and Asks, "How Are You Feeling?" Annie Hums and Replies, "I'm Feeling Great. When Can I Leave?" The Doctor Looks At His Clipboard and Replies, "Now If You Are Ready" Annie Nods and Answers, "I'm Ready" The Doctor Nods and He Passes Me Some Forms To Sign. After I Sign Them, I Hold Zach While Annie Gets Dressed and I Look Down Into His Eyes and I Stroke His Cheek With My Finger. Annie Grins At Me and I Take Her Hand and We Walk Out Of The Hospital.
