Justin POV
My alarm, which was set for 7:30, went off. Lazily I got off the bed, stretching out my back. I am in no way shape or form a morning person, but I was doing this for my daughter.I walk over to her room, still half asleep.
"Noe, baby, it's time to get up." I picked up my daughter. I began to shake her gently.
"No, I don't feel good." her voice was still obviously stuffy.
"Ya, I know but you have to go to the doctors to feel better." I kissed her forehead.
She just shook her head, and proceeded to put her head into my neck and go to sleep.
"No, we are going to put shoes on you, at least. Come on your mommy is going to be there." I tried to get her excited.
Immediately she woke up.
"Where are my shoes?" she asked in a hushed voice, not able to speak louder.
"Which pair do you want to wear?" I asked placing her on her bed, so that Noelle can sit.
"The pink sparkly ones." Noelle smiled.
"Which ones?" she had a lot of shoes that matched that description.
"The ones that make me look like a princess." Noelle replied in a duh voice.
"You always look like a princess." I complemented. Getting the cutest giggle in response.
Looking in her closet, there was nothing, of course, she hadn't really stayed with me in a few months, yet sometimes there was shoes on the bottom shelf. Then, I looked at the loveseat in the corner of the room, nothing. Thinking further, I realized that Noelle likes to throw her shoes off, so I check under the bed, aha.
"Are these it?" I raise up a pair of "pink sparkly" shoes.
Instead of responding I was met with coughing. Touching Noelle's head, she was warm. I knew I had to get her out of there. I slid the shoes on to her little feet and took her to my room laying her down on my bed and covering her, before going to the bathroom and getting ready.
I got out as fast as I possibly could, coming back out to the room. Noelle was asleep.
"Come on, babygirl, you need to get up and brush your teeth. Then, you can go back to sleep." I kissed her forehead.
Again just coughed in response, she nodded her head, and allowed me to pick her up and take her to the bathroom.
Once that was done, I was able to get her to the car quickly and hit the road.
Selena POV
I had finished getting ready, and I was on my way to meet up with Justin and our daughter, because Noelle is sick.I got to the office, and realized that there were cameras everywhere. I don't know how they get information so fast and early.
I stayed in my car though, noticing Justin's car wasn't there.
Taking a deep breath, I prayed. Prayed that my little girl was ok. Because I don't know how much more I could take. These past few years have been so difficult.
I heard a car a looked out of my window, it was Justin and he looked visibly worried. After he parked, I got out of the car.
I knocked on the passenger side window, immediately it caught the attention of Justin. Pressing a button on his door, he unlocked the backdoor.
"Hey babygirl, I need you to stay close to me." I said when I opened the door. I carefully took her Noelle out of her car seat, keeping her close to me, I made sure her face was hidden, grabbing her blanket and putting it over her body.
