If you're stressed or depressed or scared, just relax and listen to some calming dream wave music for a few hours. I personally like meditation. It helps. Please. Right now, go sit on your bed, or somewhere comfortable, sit with your legs crossed, and put your hands on your knees. I like to think about all of my memories. All of them. If that will give you anxiety, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT DO IT!!! Count your breaths. Each one is important and holds value. If not that, count the seconds! If you loose track, don't think about it! Either start over or think about what you love doing. Or start with thinking about what you love doing. Go through it step by step. All the steps you would take in order to do that. If it's something reading, imagine yourself waking up, making your bed, eating breakfast, getting dressed, or not, then think about what kind of book you want! If it's night when you read, think of yourself eating dinner, everything you would do, and so on! If these give you anxiety or make you upset, do something that is calming. What ever you do, make it long enough that you will doze off. Eventually, you will just be sitting there.
Pick yourself up. Pick your body up, and go do it.
