"So where do we begin," asked Mr. Lewis after Etio and I entered into his office.

At this point, I am sitting in a comfortable leather chair in front of his desk. Etio is in a matching chair. The office itself is quite large, complete with multiple bookcases, a fireplace, a large desk, and a sofa against the wall.

I look across the space between Mr. Lewis and myself, wondering why he has brought me in here. "I'm not really sure why you want me in here," I comment.

He intertwines his fingers and leans back in his expensive looking chair, "How much do you know about werewolves?"

I laugh. "Well I know that they're part wolf, part man, they turn under a full moon, and they're a myth," I state matter of factly.

He leans forward, pulling himself closer to his desk. "Liv, take what you know about werewolves, but imagine that they aren't myths. We are werewolves. Everyone at this campus is a werewolf. You are a werewolf Liv."

I look from him to Etio and back. These guys are playing a practical joke on me. I can't believe them, I just got here, I don't even really know anyone, yet they are playing a joke on me. "Oh, and we don't just change under a full moon, that's just a stereotype," Etio states, interrupting my thought.

"Liv," Mr. Lewis starts, "we brought you here because we know you're a werewolf. I know this all comes as a surprise, but it's okay, we are here to answer any questions you have."

"Alright, how do you know I'm a werewolf if I don't," I ask.

"Basically, when two wolves have a kid, the kid will be 100% likely to be a wolf. Your biological father was a wolf, but your mother was a human. He used to be a part of this pack until he went off on his own and met your mother. When a wolf leaves their pack, they are called a Rogue. While your mother had first become pregnant, your father had passed, which broke her. She ended up putting you up for adoption." He explained.

"Etio here is your half-brother. When your father passed, we sent him to watch over you for any signs of you carrying the wolf gene. Because you are only half wolf, you didn't turn until you experienced trauma," he finishes.

"So when I imagined fur after the crash, that was real wasn't it," I question.

He nods, leaning forward to grab the ringing phone. "I can explain more later, or you can ask Etio here if you have any questions."

"Do you actually think this is going to work," I ask Etio.

We are sitting in the middle of a clearing, trying to teach me how to change. He explains to me that I just have to concentrate on it. It can be hard at first, but it should get easier over time.

"Alright, just concentrate," he states, demonstrating. He shifts quickly, turning to a wolf before my eyes. Just an hour ago, I believed they were myths. Now, in front of me is a beautiful creature. A large wolf, probably up to my ribs, dark red fur, large ears, and canines the size of my fingers stands in front of me.

I close my eyes and take a deep breath, focusing on my head, my neck, my shoulders, and the rest of the way down. I feel a rush of warmth go through my body and open my eyes.

Looking at my legs, I see gray fur. I smile and spin in a circle. Then it hits me. My leg. I can feel my leg! I look over at Etio wagging my tail. He seems to realize the same thing, nudging his head to tell me to follow him. He takes off down the trail to the right, leading me to follow.

We run for a while, me staying back behind him a bit. Eventually, he slows, getting tired. In turn, I sprint ahead, enjoying my newfound freedom. I run as fast as I can, making turns without any plan. After many more minutes, I reach a river and stop. I check behind me, but Etio is nowhere to be seen. He must have gotten behind while I was leading.

I walk closer to the river, lapping up the water. Eventually, I shift back, surprised to find my clothes still on and wait for Etio. I sit on the edge, dipping my toes into the water. I pick at the rocks, tossing into the water. I hear a sound, expecting Etio or a squirrel or some other animal.

Instead, I see another guy. He stands across the river, frozen in place. He is wearing a short sleeve flannel, paired with some jeans and converse. The guy is tall and muscular. Hs head is covered in dark hair, swept to one side. His eyes are a bright blue, visible even across the river.

In his hands, he holds a violin and a bow. I imagine he came out here for the quiet, not expecting to see anyone. "I'm sorry, I didn't know anyone was out here," I yell across the river. "I'm Liv!"

He blinks quickly, snapping out of his trance. He grins and introduces himself, "I'm Luka."

AN: Hey, sorry for all of the dialogue in the beginning of the chapter, but I didn't really know how else to explain it all. Who do you think this Luka guy is? I modeled him after Nicholas Galitzine. (I added a picture of him to the beginning of the chapter) . I hope you all enjoyed, so let me know what you think. Any questions?

I've gotten to the point where I've written all of my prewritten plot ideas so I will probably spend longer to update. Sorry!
