Chapter 4

~ a couple of days later ~

For the last few days I've begun training to be a super soldier for hydra. It has been exhausting work but it will pay off in the long run.

At the moment I am in my designated room reading a book the one of the guards kindly gave me, who knew that some people in hydra were nice.

I start moving my fingers to see that a sort of purple mist floats around them. At first I'm a bit shocked but the I realize, Sean said that I'm going to be one of them so they have me powers.

~ Time jump ~

I try to get some sleep, but its hard in this cheap uncomfortable bed. Suddenly I hear chaos outside my room, as if they were being attacked.

I slowly get in my wheelchair and roll to the door. Through the slit they use to deliver me food I see that hydra is indeed getting attacked.

I point my fingers at the door to see if it would somehow unlock, the purple mist drifts towards it, but before it reached it destination. The door bursted open, I roll back.

I look to see legs in front of my face, my eyes travel up their body. When I reach their face I see the Captain America, "are you alright ma'am?" He asks looking over me to see if I have any injuries.

"Um..yeah.. I'm alright" I reply, "were you experimented on?" He seems hesitant to ask "yeah...yeah I was" I say quietly. Outside the room it has gone dead silent,"OK I'm just going to call the others, then we'll get you out of here,OK?" I nod.

"I found a survivor, I repeat I have a survivor with me I'll bring her to the jet." He says "I'll take you the jet" I nod not saying a word. He holds the handles on my wheelchair and begins to take me out of the facility.

As we reach the entrance, the midday sun hit my eyes I close them for a second so they can use to natural light.

I open my eyes again to see the avengers standing in front of a jet, which I assume is the quinjet. "Cap, who do we have here?" Ironman asks walking towards the captain and I, "I don't know I found her locked up in one of the cells".

He looks at me expecting me to say something, "well we can take her back to base because it seems that, according to maria she was supposed to arrive at base two months ago." Tony explains, I can't believe that I was taken two months ago.

We all begin to get in the quinjet, I get my chair secured with hooks and then the jet begins to take off. I start to subconsciously move my fingers, watching the purple mist move around them. I can feel someone staring at me, I look up to find that the captain is.

"How have you been able to do that?" he asks, I shrug "you don't say much do you?" black widow asks. "I haven't really said anything in the last few months, because if I said something when they didn't ask me to I would get punished" I explain.

There is dead silence in the jet after I spoke, a few hours later we had arrived at avengers tower. As they all started to leave the jet, someone unhooked me I look down to see that the captain did. I thanked him then left the jet, the first person I see is maria.

"I apologize for not being there to pick you up, I didn't know that hyrda was there. I'm not sure how they knew but never mind that now, I'll show you to your room" Maria says walking towards the elevator.

I roll after her, I think to myself would I ever be able to get out of this wheelchair?
