The Coaxing (Ruri Kurosaki x F!Reader)

A cute smile and a outfit made the day. There was a short breeze but it remained humid. The sun was coming down harder than ever. The heat was almost too much for Ruri. So, it's a perfect day to go to the beach. She got into her bathing suit and dragged her lover, her brother, and his boyfriend along. (y/n), the lover of Ruri, felt too exhausted to go. She claimed that the sun cooked her brain and now she is dead inside. Ruri laughed at her and just places a kiss on her cheek.

Shun was the one to drive everyone to the beach. Yuto, his boyfriend, sat in the front and controlled the music. Ruri and (y/n) sat in the back of the car. However (y/n)'s head was on Ruri's lap. She fell asleep very easily on the car ride. Something about Ruri's soft legs and her fingers running through (y/n) (h/c) hair. It was just so calming. Plus, Ruri was humming ever so lightly to the beat of the music. In which, that made (y/n) drift into that drowsy state of her's. She honestly looked cute.

They finally reached the destination. Yuto and Shun hopped out of the car and opened the trunk. Ruri placed a kiss on (y/n)'s cheek, then she carefully woke her up. (y/n) shifted lightly and gave a small smile to her lover. Ruri placed some hair behind her ear then unbuckled. (y/n) unbuckled as well then left the car. The four of them gathered their beach things and went off to the beach. The sand was hot but it was just so nice to feel. The sand wasn't sticking to their bodies, yet. This would be a nice day for tanning honestly.

So, they finally found their perfect spot to set up in. After that, it was time to place the sunscreen on. (y/n) however claimed that she is not going into the sun. She wanted to sit in the shade under the beach umbrella the brought. (y/n) held her legs close to her chest and rested her head on her knees. Shun and Yuto were already applying the sunscreen on. But Ruri was trying to coax (y/n) to place it on. (y/n) wasn't really complying because she just wanted to stay under the umbrella.

"Better safe than sorry!" Ruri smiled.

"I told you, I'm fine Honey..." (y/n) sighed, "Plus I'm just not that fun at the beach."

Ruri giggled, "C'mon! You're super fun to hang around with!! I love you so much Babe! So please put on the sunscreen and join us!"

(y/n) looked up at her, "You're cute..."

Ruri gave her a kiss, "I love you, Sweetheart."

(y/n) kissed back, "I love you as well..."
