(This is the first time I'm writing about omegaverse AU so I first apologize for my imcompetency and lack of knowledge about this new plotline of mine)

Namjoon gasped in horror when the woman in a white lab coat delivered the medical report to him. His palm on his mouth, eyes quivering and his lanky body started to shake out of shocked. He can't believe what he had heard just now. That was too absurd. He didn't prepared himself for this. This is not true. He thought he was run down with fever and food poisoning but the thing is it is not.
"I know it is hard to believe it but it's also possible Namjoon-ssi. And I have to say that it is also dangerous..."
Namjoon cocked his eyebrows. That was double the pain. "What do you mean doctor?"
"As it is not possible but it is well known that it's a rare case for a male omega to pregnant. There are few cases been reported before and the ratio was 1:100 that they had safely delivered the baby without harming the baby and most particularly to the male."
"Is it dangerous for me to carry on with the pregnancy?"
The doctor nodded. "Partly. Because male omega is different with the female omega. We can consider your pregnancy as ectopic pregnancy. Since the male omega can't give birth to the baby like a normal way we need to do the surgery when you reached 9 month of pregnancy."
"But it can be done right? I mean the surgery is the best solution right?" he asked while push a forth of smile. Smile of hope.
"Indeed. But for you to go through the whole 9 month pregnancy is tough Namjoon-ssi. And from the medical report here, you have few health issues..."said the doctor while tapping her slender finger on the file laid down in front of her.
Namjoon takes a deep breath before let it out while listening to the doctor's explaination about his pregnancy. He brushed out his hair to the back, lean not so comfortably on the chair and his eyes stares at the doctor with mixed feelings.
"You have series of eating disorder. You are underweight. And your heartbeat is not in a normal rate. The blood pressure also quite alarming..."
Namjoon clenched his fist with agony, realising this is not going to be easy for him. "Are you...are you suggesting that I'm not able to proceed with this pregnancy?" asked him nervously.
