As the other campers started piling into the eating area, Nico and Percy had seperated to their own tables, Percy alone, and Nico alone. Neither of them had sublings, being a child of the big three. But, the rules stated that you had to sit at the table of your parent, no switching.

Percy had a piece of pepperoni pizza and a glass of coke, and downs them both. Nico, on the other hand, didn't have anything but a glass of water. He rarely ate, and he wouldn't talk about it with anyone.  Everyone thought it was because of the time he spent that time in a bronze jar, and only had pomagranate seeds to eat, which killed him at the same time.

Once they ate, they had wide games. They were doing capture the flag . . . like always. After being at camp for so long, capture the flag got boring.

Everyone went to their cabins to get dressed, and then went to get armour. Percy suited up with a chest plate, a helmet and his sword, Riptide. Nico was put on the opposite team, and he put on the same armour, except his plume on his helmet was blue instead of red, and he carried his own sword.

The two went to their opposite sides of the camp. Usually, Percy was trusted with making the game plan, but he really wasn't up for it tonight. Instead, Clarisse made the plans. Percy just sat on a nearby rock, digging his sword into the dirt.

When the horn blew, all the campers charged, running to their assigned positions as offence and defence. Percy stood slowly, not having been given a position, and walked around the perimiter of the camp, avoiding the fighting. No one came this far out anyways, it wasted time.

Percy was swining his sword absentmindedly, not realizing he had hit someone until they yelled, "ow!"

"Oh my Gods, are you okay?" Percy doubled back and put his sword down. Behind a blueberry bush was Nico. He was rubbing his shoulder, where he was hit with the sword.

"Percy, you idiot!" Nico said, his voice cracking.

"Shit, I'm really sorry Nico, did it cut through? Are you bleeding?" Percy asked frantically.

"Yeah . . . Yeah I think so. Help me get this chest plate off," He wimpered, gritting his teeth.

They lifted Nico's chest plate off and laid it beside them. On Nico's dark grey shirt was a little pool of dark blood. Nico was biting his bottom lip to help from crying, and gripping his shoulder.

"Nico we need to go to the Big House, this needs to be bandaged," Percy stood, running his hands through his hair. He couldn't believe he had hurt Nico. He felt horrible, even though it was an accident, it was a stupid accident. He shouldn't have been swining his sword around like that.

"Percy you're so goddamn stupid!" Nico growled.

"Nico, I'm sorry, it was dumb. You don't need to get moody at me," Percy snapped back.

"Whatever, just help me up," Nico tried to stand, but he wobbled, his face pale.

"Here," Percy placed one arm behind Nico's knees and one underneath his armpits, lifting him up bridal style.

"I don't need to be carried," Nico grumbled.

Percy carried Nico across the playing field to the Big House, to Chiron. Chiron put him on a bed, bandaged his shoulder and gave him some ambrosia. Nico fell asleep, the ambrosia calming him down.

"How did this happen, Percy?" Chiron asked.

"I hit him with my shoulder, by accident I swear!" Percy held up his hands in defense.

   Chiron only grunted.

When Nico woke up, he sighed softly, and opened his eyes. Percy was sitting on the edge of the bed, holding Nico's hand in his own, and looking down, his body slouched.

"Percy?" Nico called out for him in a raspy, quiet voice, still groggy from sleeping.

Percy turned immediatly, "You're awake! Are you feeling okay? Oh Gods, Nico I'm so sorry for what I did. I'm so sorry for hurting you."

"Percy, Percy, it's okay, I feel a lot better. I just needed some bandage and rest. I'm not going to dye," Nico comfronted.

Percy pulled Nico into a hug, Nico's head resting on Percy's shoulder, careful of his own. They stayed like that for a few minutes, neither wanting to pull away.

"Percy? What time is it?" Nico asked, noticing the dark shy outside. He hadn't thought he had slept that long.

"I don't know. Three, four, maybe? It's okay, because I'm beside you," he replied.   "And Chiron agreed to give us the day off tomorrow, so you can continue resting."

"Sounds great, except, I'm fully rested. I don't think I could fall back asleep if I tried right now," Nico pulled out of the hug, still holding Percy's hand.

"We can go back to the cabin if you want, if it'll make you more comfortable," Percy suggested.

"Sure. Your's or mine?" Nico agreed.

"We spent last time at yours, so why not mine?"

"Because it smells like socks," Nico laughed into his own shoulder.

"Fine, we can go to yours. But you need to wash your sheets. They smell like old man."

"I am from the 40's, Percy. I'm technically an old man."

"No, no, don't remind me of that right now." Percy chuckled.

Nico yawned, "Should we be off?"

"Of course," Percy said, pulling Nico into his arms the way he had carried him to the Big House, his his head resting on his shoulder.

"I like it when you carry me like this," Nico sighed.

   "Really, because you didn't yesterday!"

"Yeah, sorry about being so pissed at you. I really hate Capture the Flag."

"It's totally okay. Sorry for fucking up your shoulder," Percy kissed the top of Nico's head.

"I love it when you cuss," Nico admired.

   "Fuck," Percy laughed.
