mac's pov

"are you sure this is gonna work?" "yes i'm sure, i told you the plan. as long as everyone does what they're supposed to, everything will be perfect." "does daniel know?" "yeah i talked to him. he looked heartbroken, but i'm the only one doing something to get her and he doesn't even try. he says he'll help tho so thats good." "ok, good. i'll go to her house rn to pick her up. see you later and good luck, jack." i say to jack. 

jack and i have a plan. he's gonna ask mia to be his girlfriend today. that's why i'm taking her to the beach. the guys are gonna surprise us at the beach with letters with clues written in them. we're basically gonna do a scavenger hunt. and at the end of it, jack is gonna ask her the big question. it's gonna be so romantic and i'm sure mia's gonna say yes. she says she likes jack more now because daniel hasn't been talking to her.  

when we get to the beach i try my best to not act sketchy. and it works because when jonah comes up to us with the first clue mia is really surprised. him and mia have become best friends ever since they met. they just fit perfectly. they're both crazy and it just super fun when they hang out. and they tell each other everything so it was hard to keep this from her. i can't wait to see her reaction to jack.

mia's pov

"wha-what are you doing here?" i say to jonah. why is he here? wtf  "mac i thought it was a girls day... i love you and all jonah, but it's girls day!!!" i say pushing him away. "no mia, i have something for you." he says handing me an envelope. what the heck is this?  i open it and it says, if you choose to accept this little game, go to where you see the thing i got tattooed with you, there you will find your net clue."OMG IS THIS A SCAVENGER HUNT I LOVE THESE!!!!" i scream out. i give jonah a huge hug. "did you know about this?" i say to mac. "of course," she says laughing. "now go look for your prince charming" she says pushing me. i know exactly where he wants me to go. there's a flower shop like a minute walk away. he definitely wants me to go to the rose section of the shop, because he got the rose tattoo with me.

when i got to the shop i see zach holding a rose and and an envelope. i don't think zach likes me that much but i ignore him and grab the rose and the envelope. it says, you're so smart. i knew you were gonna get it easily. that's one of the things i love most about you. you're smart and you aren't afraid to show it. your next place has to do with your favorite day of the year relating to math. "PIE DAY! THE BAKERY THATS THE NEXT PLACE" i scream out again. "you're so loud" zach says. i just roll my eyes and run out of the flower shop. i just notice mac and jonah are following and zach now joins them.

i run to the bakery and see corbyn. of course he's the one there, he's the smartest of the whole band. "pi day is my favorite too!" he says handing me a pie and an envelope. i take a break to eat the pie because i was running to much. of course, i'm forced to share with everyone.

after eating the pie i remember i have to read the envelope. i open it and it says, you're sweeter than candy. this one took me some time to figure out because i didn't have much to use. but then i figured it out. "THE CANDY SHOP!" i scream, once again. "you don't have to scream every time." zach says. i just ignore him and run to the candy shop. 

there i see daniel with a bag of candy. seeing the look on his face makes my heart break. i liked daniel, i really did. but i like jack more now. he beat daniel to me and i just fell for jack. daniel looks like he will cry at any second, i can't look at him anymore. i take the envelope and read. you're almost done. i'll be waiting for you where the fluffiest thing that you adore the most is waiting for you. hint: it has a tail and woofs. "NO WAY! PET SHOP!" i scream. zach doesn't say anything this time. i think he already knows it won't change anything. i run the fastest i can to the pet shop because i know exactly what's waiting for me.

when i get there i see jack holding a puppy. he has the biggest smile on his face and its so cute. i take the puppy and hold it. before i said anything, jack beats me to it. "mia, i haven't known you for that long, but i've known you long enough to know you're the sweetest, funniest, smartest, most adorable person i have ever met. ever since i met you i knew i wanted to be more than friends. so here i am, asking you to be my girlfriend. so what do you say?" "i would love to be your girlfriend jack robert avery" he grabs me and gives me the biggest hug. i can tell that me and him are going to be extremely happy together. i can't wait to see what the future brings us.
