There aren't too many shinies or legendaries on the teams but they are a few. (the reason why the starters are in their first stage and not their final is that they didn't get them fully evolved, the pokemon in the rest of the team are at their final stage and if not, they didn't evolve further) 

Update: This is an outdated list, it was a guideline for who I wanted on each team. Some of the teams have already changed. Starting from the next region the list will only include pokemon they currently have. Legendaries who are on the team will only be there temporarily for specific plot reasons.
