A/N: Hey guys, are you guys enjoying the chapters? I know I'm having a blast writing them. Anyways, I'm so sorry for all the parts to Sam's birthday. It's just so much to write and I can't fit everything in one whole chapter because I don't want you guys getting confused, so I thought that dividing it into multiple parts would be a lot easier. But I promise guys, this will be the last part to Sam's Birthday. Sorry, Sam's 14th Birthday. Anyways, keep your seat-belts buckled because you guys are about to go on one hell of a trip.

Sam's POV
I looked at the note and it read: Human Blood.

I looked up at Dean and his eye color had changed from green to blood red. His fangs extended and he growled at me.

"Dean, calm down. I'll get you blood. Just calm down." I said trying to sound as confident as I could.

"I'm not Dean, anymore." He said in an alarmingly low voice. It wasn't loud but it was very low and sounded very demonic.

My heart was pounding like crazy right now.

"Hey Sam, you ok? I s-" he stopped mid sentence and looked at Dean.

"Is h-" Gabe was saying but I interrupted him.

"He's not Dean anymore. He wants human blood right now, as in this second." I explained.

"Ok, I got this. Just, get behind me." Gabe said and I did. My heart would not stop pounding.

"Dean, I know you're somewhere in there. I know a huge part of you doesn't want to hurt anyone but your cravings are overpowering you." Gabriel said, sounding extremely confident in himself.

"Get me human blood right now!" Dean demanded in a low voice.

"He-" Cas entered the room and Gabriel gave him a death glare.

Dean stood up and slowly started walking towards Cas.

"Dean...Don't!" Gabriel yelled and Cas was still confused about what was going on.

"Dean, what are you doing?" Cas asked.

Dean was stepping closer to Cas but stopped once Cas said his name. He looked like he was becoming his self again because he shook his head and his fangs went back in.

But that only for a second. Now, he was only a few inches away from Cas' neck and his fangs were extended again.

Gabe's POV
I thought for a second and then used my powers to throw him to the other side of the room. He fell unconscious soon after and I rushed over to him. His head was bleeding so I quickly healed him and put him on the bed. I zapped out of Cas' room and into the hospital. I quickly grabbed a bag of blood before anyone saw and zapped back into Cas' room.

We all went downstairs and left Dean alone for a while.

~4 hours later~
"Hey, I'm going to go check on Dean. Sam, do you want to come with me?" I asked.

"Yeah." Sam said and we went upstairs.

We entered Dean's room and he was try to get up but he was too weak to.
