Unfortunate events

A/N: Hey guys, so I'm finally updating again after some of you guys said that you wanted an update. So, here's the update. Hope you guys enjoy!

Dean's POV
What just happened? I'm so confused. I picked Sam up bridal style and rushed to the impala. I put him in the backseat and rushed him to the hospital. Once I got to the hospital, before I took him in, I got in the backseat and checked his pulse. It was slowing down with every second that passed. I touched his forehead and immediately drew my hand away. His temperature was really high and he started sweating a lot.

I swiftly took him out of the car and rushed him inside. The first doctor I saw, I explained to him why at happened but in a slightly different way. The doctor took Sam from my arms and put in on a gurney before rushing him into a hospital room.

I tried to calm down but I couldn't. I was hyperventilating and my heart was beating so fast, I thought it was going to burst out of my chest. I went to the bathroom and made sure no one was in it before praying to Gabriel. I explained everything to Gabriel and he nodded his head as I talked. After I was done explaining Gabriel told me to calm down but I couldn't. He put two fingers on my forehead and I suddenly felt really calm.

"Sam is not finished with the transition from human to vampire. He's dying but he'll come back. Once he comes back, he'll be a vampire and the transition will be complete. But, I must warn you, Sam will not be the same person you knew before he turned. He will manipulate you to get whatever he wants. He will only drink human blood and he was have no remorse for any of the people he kills. But, don't be tricked just because he's a new vampire. He will hide the bodies and leave no trace. He will still love you and talk to you but he will be very distant. When he wakes up from his death he will be very hungry and he will do anything to get blood. Around people, he will be normal, but it's when he's alone that you need to be very careful." Gabriel explained.

I took a minute to process everything he told me but I just couldn't believe it. There's no way that Sam will be that way when he wakes up. He's my sweet little brother. He's the kid that wouldn't ever hurt a fly.

"There will come a day when Sam becomes too dangerous for this world, and when that day comes, you're going to have to be the one to kill him." Gabriel continued.

I looked at him as if he was crazy.

"Excuse me, I know you may not know what it's like to have to kill a family member but I will not kill Sam. I'd rather kill myself than him. I'd do anything to keep him safe. He's the only family I have left. There's no me without him." I said through gritted teeth and tears.

"I suggest you say your goodbyes to Sam. He only has 2 minutes to live." Gabriel said before zapping out of the bathroom.

I broke down crying before walking out of the bathroom and rushing to Sam's room. I opened the door and rushed to his bedside.

I looked down at him, tears streaming down my face and staining the blue hospital blanket.

"Sam, please don't die on me. I can't lose you. I love you, Sammy. You're the best little brother anyone can ask for. Come on, Sammy. You have to fight. Please fight, Sammy. I know you can fight this." I cried.

I took his hand and squeezed it. I leaned down and buried my face in the crook of his neck. Then a minute later, I heard the worst sound in the world. Sam was dead.
