Turkey tacos

Okay, these are a healthy alternative to the fried tacos. They are more delicious and nutritious! Here we go!

What you need:
- romaine lettuce leaves
- shredded cheese (if you don't have shredded cheese, get a grater)
- grounded turkey from the grocery store (uncooked)

How to make:

1. Turn stove to 6 and put a little bit more than a palm-full of turkey meat into the pan.

2. Smash meat around with a wooden spoon until chopped and cooked, turn off the fire, and let cool.

3. Shred cheese with a grater. (you can also purchase almond cheese at Trader Joe's for a dairy-free option.)

4. Take your lettuce leaf as a cup and place your meat inside.

5. Put cheese on top.
