➰〰️part 2/2〰️➰
" Don't you dare bring that up again!"
SHE SIPS THE ALCOHOLIC drink, while sitting on the couch besides Bryce. He starts to inch closer. She thought of blurting out she has a boyfriend. Does she have a boyfriend? Is Justin her boyfriend? She shook the thought away, because she thought it was impossible for a guy like him, to ever even think about a girl like her. He was so sweet yet bad, and she was scared to admit it. Her whole life she's been hurt by losing people she let her heart love, her dad, her best friend, but that's a story for another time.
BRYCE THAN PUTS HIS GLASS DOWN, and heads toward the giant speaker. Oh no, oh god please no she thought. The terrible Katy Perry song had came on her he shrugged his shoulders, and started dancing to it anyway. He dance horribly, but that just made her laugh. He dance closer and closer to her, and held his hand out. She quickly shook her head.
"Um I can't dance." she says shyly.
"Oh come on Hayley, if you don't I'm just gonna have to sing." He said before pulling her up from her comfort spot on the couch. He twirled her around and dipped her, which made her burst out laughing. They dance and sang to the corny pop music songs for which seemed for like hours.
"So Hayley are you coming to Liberty High this year?" He asks
"yea, I'm happy because I get to start over...be someone nobody knows. You know" I says while slow dancing to "Night we met". As she danced she closed her eyes and smiled at the song. She loved how it made her feel. It made feel happy. She hasn't truly been happy in a long time. The past two days made her feel happiness again, a emotion she thought was gone for good.
"Actually I do know, my parents are never home. They either have business trips or "time off" somewhere in like Cabo or the Bahamas. I just wish they could be their for me and give me lessons...like normal supportive parents." He says caving his head into my shoulder. She didn't know what to say to the boy. She was never the one to give good advice. Which she regrets, because of many reasons she blocked with the wall in her mind. They sit in silence for a good ten minutes before the bell rings. She watches how he sets his drink down again on the coffee table. She hears talking noises in the hallway near the main door.
"Bryce you have a girl here! Trying to tap dat-" a boy says
"Tap what, may I ask?" Haley says smirking at the group of boys. They all froze like she was Medusa. The platinum blonde one actually drooling. She laughed a little to herself, because she never considered herself worth drooling for.
"Ok, ok guys stop drooling...Haley this is Monty, Zach, and Alex." Bryce says giving a small handshake to Monty. She waves at the boys.
"Well I'm going to go since the rain has stopped, I'll see you guys around." She says with a smile.
"Aw you can't leave the party just started." Monty says with a devilish smirk on his face. She knew her mom was going to murder her for not calling her. She would rather face her long ass lectures, and go to bed in her own roll for the night. She still had a bad back from sleeping at the park. She couldn't stop smiling thinking about that night.
"Nah, I don't want to intrude in your bro time, besides I have to be home anyway, my mom is going to kill me if I stay out any longer." She says with a smile.
SHE HEADS TOWARDS the door, and Bryce opens the door for her, and closes it behind him, leaving them both on his step.
"Well it was nice meeting you Hayley, hope it wasn't weird dancing with a complete stranger." He laughs. I laugh with him and nod my head.
"No not weird at all, I guess I'll see you around?"
"Um yeah definitely" He says scratching the back of his neck. I nod my head and start heading home.

She slowly opens the creaky front door, and tipped toes into the now furnished apartment. She turns around and shuts the door, so it would make very little noise. She turnt around a jumped as she noticed her mom on the couch. She was turnt the other direction, but the sight of her mother giving her an hour long lecture frightened her. She tipped toed in front of her mom, and realized she was sleep. She smiles at the sight of her beautiful mom. She gently lays the mom done, and covers her with a nearby blanket,  and kisses her on the forehead. Before she heads to her room, she turns of the lamp so it was pitch black. She tipped toed to her bedroom, and shuts the door quietly behind her.
She starts to take things out of the boxes and fix her room up, so her mom wouldn't yell at her as much when the sun came up. She rummaged through the last box, and found something she thought she would never find again....her diary. She tossed it over to the trash. The wall in her mind had fully taken over at that point. Her passed was erased, but not for long.

Today was the day she would enters the lions den. Her sophomore year of high school. She got up, and looked in the mirror, and held her hands up against her stomach. She turnt to the side, and sighed the thoughts away. She went through her closet almost a million times before she decided on what to wear. A green sweater crop top, with high waisted shorts. She went into the the bathroom, and looked at her medicine"you have to take this everyday no exceptions"...I'm done she thought before flushing them done the toilet. Before grabbing her book bag. She opened her bedroom door, and saw her mom in front of the door with a death stare.
"How long have you been standing there?" Hayley says trying to act as if she didn't disappear for a day or two.
"How come you didn't call me Hayley, I was fucking worried sick of what you were doing all that time. You promised you'd call every time you went out, I thought you could've-" she said before I cut her off
"No mom, don't you dare bring that up, I would never ever do that to you again, I thought you realized that!" Hayley yelled.
"We'll talk about it on your way to school." her mom says. Hayley shakes her head and the tears away. She didn't want to deal with this on her first day, this was her first step of starting over, she felt the wall being built again inside her mind. She shook her head.
"No you have your first day at the hospital...go, I'll take the bus" Hayley says with a change of heart. Her mom nodded her head, and kissed her daughter on the forehead. She stepped outside of the tiny apartment, and heard the door a couple doors down, slam shut.
     "Hey Hayley" the boy says
      "Hi...Justin" she says waving
