➰〰️Part 6〰️➰
"New year guys we gotta make it good...for Hannah"
THREE MONTHS LATER.
"Miss Morgan...Can you tell me about Vasco da Gama?" Hayley's history teacher says to her realizing she was just looking out the window. She shook her head, and couldn't remember what he had just said to her.
"What was the question again?" Hayley says biting the inside of her cheek. The teacher had shook his head at the girl.
"Just pay attention Miss Morgan, I gave u a break over what happened to your friend Alex, but you cannot use that as an excuse anymore." He says before writing on the chalk board.
She felt the eyes of others on her a lot now, since all the people she associated herself with is now going to trial for her best friend. Soon she had to go and testify, "testify on how Hannah was a great friend and daughter and how she had never done anyone wrong." Is what he lawyer had said to her during the hearings. The thing is she felt Hannah had did her wrong p by leaving her and lying to her and not telling her how she was broken and needed help, even if they weren't on good terms. The night Clay sent those tapes, when she had that memory she had the same dream in repeat all summer. The Clubhouse she would repeat in her head over and over again, thinking it would help her remember. The bell rang, and she grabs her bag and practically runs out of the classroom. She then sees Jessica and Alex, Jessica holding Alex while he hold his cane. She smiled to herself. She ran up to Alex and gave him the tightest hug.
"Youuuu asshole don't ever scare me like that again!" Hayley said hugging her friend. He hugged her just as tight and smiled.
"Everyone is staring" Jessica says feeling uncomfortable
"I know, but new year guys lets make it good...for Hannah." Hayley says trying to reassure herself and her friends.
"For Hannah" Alex says sighing
She was trying so hard to be positive about everything, she was even going for cheer again with Jessica. Courtney...Courtney Crimson's testimony was today which made her anxious to know what happened. She hadn't see Clay all summer. She missed the raven haired boy with everything. Not knowing later that day she was going to see a lot of him.
LATER ON THAT DAY.
Hayley had turnt the corner on her way to the cafeteria, until she felt a chest hit into her making her stumble backwards. "Fuck" she says as she drops her phone. She tucks a piece of hair behind her ear, and attempts to grab her phone. She was beat to it by no other than Scott...Scott Reed.
"The second person today, damn I really need to watch where I'm going." He says chuckling nervously. He hands her the phone. She nods before wanting to ignore the boy, and tries to walk past him. A hand then grabs her wrist making her holt. "Woah woah woah, what are you in the hurry for Morgan?" She rolls her eyes until she felt a sharp pain on the corner of her forehead.
A TIME WITH HANNAH BAKER.
The truck holts to a stop, and all the guys and one other girl she hadn't recognized, was at the school. Monty than grabs her hand and walks her towards the back of the fields. He turns to look at the very drunk girl, and makes a mischievous smirk. The group holts at the at a hidden shed. The enter in pins than the lock unlocks. Haley starts to feel tired, nothing but tired. "I think I should get umm like going, I'm starting to get a sleepy." Scott than looks at the girl in a concerned manner.
"Yeah Bryce, she looks like she might pass out...I can take her home." Scott says. Bryce than opens the shed door.
"The party is just starting...the moonshine we got in here, will wake her right up." He smirks before heading inside. The group all heads inside and Monty grabs Haley waist and drags her into the boy's locker room.
"Montyyy I thought we were going into the clubhouse...let's gooo" she tries to tug him towards the outside again, but he wouldn't budge.
"Woah woah woah, what are you in a hurry for Hayley?"He laughs then just grabbed and pull her up against his chest. He started kissing down her jaw and towards her neck, she let out a quiet moan. Their lips were brushing each others and only inches apart. He had aggressively attached his lips against hers. He started putting his hand up her shirt. She pushed his hand away but he just kept harshly grabbing her boob. He pushed her up against the locker, and started unbuckling his pants. She was weak, so weak. She could barely speak. She started to feel hot tears.
"Monty...stop...plea-" she attempted to say, but all he did was laugh at her weakness. He whispered in her ear...
"I've always thought u were so sexy Hayley" he then grabbed her bent her down where her hands we on the bench, shaking. He unbuttoned her shorts and pulled them off. She then tired to stand but then he grabbed her arms and put them behind her back harshly. He slid off her panties to where they sat at her ankles.
"Please, sttt-" and then it happened her body fell limp. She felt so empty, dark, broken from the inside and out. She didn't do anything after, because after everything went dark. And she just hoped she would never wake up.
THE NEXT MORNING.
The next morning she had woke up in her bed. It explained why she couldn't remember the night before. She thought she had went straight home from the party. Had gotten a ride from someone.
PRESENT.
"Hey Hayley...Hayley...helllooo" Scott says waving a hand in her face. She had then looked at him terrified, wanting to just run away and never ever come back. He then looked at her nervously. "Are you ok? You kind of spaced out there for a second." He says adjusting his book bag strap.
"Stay the fuck away from me, please." She says about to burst into tears. She practically ran past him, into the bathroom, and in the stall. She wanted to stay in there for good. She never thought she would feel as helpless as her former best friend Hannah Baker. She hated herself for not trying harder, to get away to do something to defend herself, but she couldn't and that feeling of weakness...kilt her from the inside and out.
