Nico Di Angelo Fluff And One-Shots

You Are Still Underaged

The blue team had just won Capture-the-Flag. The cabins in it were Zeus, Poseidon, Apollo, Hermes, Hades, Dionysus, Iris, Ares, Aphrodite and Nike cabin (which might have been a great part of the victory).

               "Who wants to join the party?" Pollux called out. ______ knew the kind of party he was saying. It was another one of his mini-wine parties (son of the wine and party god, what would one expect?). Only nine agreed, because it was to take place past curfew. The ones who came were Percy, Piper, Jason, the Stolls, Nico, ______, Will (persuasion from his half-sister, ______) and Butch (Iris cabin).

               Pollux led them all to his cabin. Inside Cabin 11, it was cozy. It had the 'old country' feel to it, and the whole place smelled like grapes (obviously). A divider separated a section, which was probably Pollux's room.

               Pollux walked towards the window and opened a patch beside it. "One of the nice features of this place, is that it's meant for PARTYING!," he shouted as he pressed the button. The room changed. Punch bowls (extra dose, mind you) appeared, and so did food. Everyone gave a whoop of joy. All except for Nico, who merely grinned. "Won't the others be disturbed," Will asked Pollux. "Nah, it's fine. This mode makes the place soundproof. The others won't hear a thing," the boy replied with a sheepish grin.

               Everyone was having a fun time. Everyone grabbed a punch, however, when it Nico was about to take one, ______ confronted him. Aren't you too young, Niks?" The (h/c)-haired girl asked. "For Zeus's sake," Nico said while rolling his eyes "I'm a little less than a century old! Besides, even in my physical age, I'm older than you. And you are drinking."

              "What? It's just my second glass," she retorted.

              "See?"
            
              "Well then, can you handle the drink?"

              "I sure can, (l/n)." They had a drinking contest between the two of them. As expected, everyone joined in, with the exception of Will, who kept on shaking his head at his half-sister.

               By midnight, most of them were drunk. Only ______ and Pollux weren't. Though half-drunk, Nico tried to stay upright in his chair. Pollux switched the room back to normal mode and went off. ______ sat down beside Nico. "______, do you even have any idea how beautiful you are all the time?" Nico said out of the blue. She blushed at his comment. "You fine, Niks?," she asked. "Fine, fine, but not when you're not around." The girl's cheeks reddened more at his words. "You drank too much, di Angelo."

              "Surnames now, aren't we? Now, now, I wanted to tell you for a long time..."

              "What?"

              "I l-o-v-e you," he said in a sing-song voice. ______ was now as red as a tomato. Her long time best friend and crush, Nico di Angelo, was admitting how he felt about her. "Even if I'm drunk, I don't joke around," he added as an after-thought.

              "I love you too, doofus," she quickly said.

              "For a loooooooooong time now, mind you. I just-I-I....couldn't admit because I was scared of your reaction," she told him. She looked away because she was now very red. However, a hand cupped her cheek and made her face him. "So, we like each other, eh?," Nico said. He brought himself closer to her, so now their faces were only inches apart. His warm breath fanned her face, making her feel butterflies in her stomach. "Yeah," she told him. He grinned at her statement. Without warning, he closed the gap between them. ______ was sure that she was now a red crayon brought to life. She kissed back and wrapped her arms around his neck. Nico brought her closer by putting his free arm around her waist.

               Unfortunately, there is a thing called oxygen that even demigods need, so they pulled apart after a few moments. They both grinned from ear to ear, knowing that they found the one. ______ twirled his hair while they just stared into each other's eyes. "Let's go back to our cabins now, shall we?" Nico told her. "Ummmmm.....I wouldn't want to kill a harpy right now..." "Don't worry, I'll shadow travel us to your cabin and I'll just go quickly to mine." "Sounds nice." Nico shadow-traveled them, still with his arms around her waist and hers around his neck.

               When they were at the door of the Apollo cabin, ______ hugged him good night. Nico gave her nose a peck and she blushed. "See you tomorrow then, sunshine," he said as he watched her enter the cabin. She gave him a flying kiss and he caught it. "Nightie," she quietly said. He ran to his cabin and plopped down on his bed. He fell asleep after a few moments, dreaming about her.

EPILOGUE
              Nico woke up feeling very happy. He recounted the events last night and turned crimson red when he remembered he kissed ______.

'This is gonna be a fun time,' he thought to himself. He unconsciously touched his lips, thinking about how a simple argument about being underage could lead to a relationship with the girl he loved.
