I'd Lie

"Hey Nico!" I shouted.

Nico simply nodded in reply. I smiled and raced over to where he stood. I don't know why, but I always feel more...Myself around Nico. I looked a little longingly at the passenger seat that I had sat in only just last night when he'd offered to take me home.

He grinned at me, and started telling me about his date with Kelly last night. I faked a smile, and looked into his eyes, counting all the greens and golds and greys and blacks.

He tells me about his night and I count the colors in his eyes

I grinned at him. "Never say never." I tell him. "Thanks for taking me home last night." I said. "I hope I didn't make you late or anything."
