Sing A Song For Me

Herc's POV
I kick the door open, nearly breaking it in the process, which earns me a dirty look from Angelica.

"HOLY CRAP! MARIA THAT SONG IS AMAZING!" I scream.

"W-what son- oh. John recorded us didn't he?" Maria asks.

"Yep!" John says, walking in with Pip.

"Johnnnnnnnnn.... whyyyy...." Maria whines.

"What's wrong babe?" Eliza asks as she sits in the counter next to Maria.

"John recorded us singing the song.." she responded burying her face into her hands.

Eliza's POV
I bury my face into my hands, my face covered with blush.

"I hate you..." I mutter under my breath.

"Love ya to ya big nerd," John responds ruffling my hair.

"Now, why don't we sing the song? I can get my fiends to release it into an actual song," Peggy suggests.

"I-I don't know about that..." Maria says looking up.

Peggy's POV
"Too bad, that's what we're going to do. Now hurry up, " I say walking towards my room.

Everyone follows me, and they all sit down.

"Alright,  Alex you will be singing the part of the narrator," I say sitting on my desk, "Any questions?"

Alex starts to open his mouth, but I say something before he can, "Ok then, let's get the singing part down, then I can come up with the music part, then we finally record the actual thing."

This is another time skip

Philip's POV
They finish singing again, and I clap.

"That was awesome!" I say.

"Thank you Philip!"

Papas phone rings and he answers it.

"Hello?" He asks.

"Yes, that's me."

"Why? What's going on?"

"W-what..?"

"I-of course... I'll be there as soon as I can."

Papa puts down the phone and starts to cry.

"Jacky, what's wrong?" Pops asks rubbing papas back.

"My fathers cancer is getting really bad, and h-he's go-g-going to d-die very s-s-so-soon," Papa chokes out between sobs.

"I got to go pack, Angelica, can you watch Philip while I'm gone?" Papa asks.

Alex's POV
"Of course....." Angelica says, as she wipes away a tear.

"Let's go John," I say standing up.

"Thank you for watching Philip....." John says he follows me out the door.

"No problem..." Eliza says, picking up our child.

Wow, it's a time skip.

Philips POV
I move around some more, still not able to sleep.

"Can't sleep huh?" Maria asks as she walks over to me with Eliza.

"No.... I'm worried about Papa," I say crying.

"Oh Philip... don't cry," Eliza says brining me into a hug, "I'm sure he'll be fine..."

"Thanks," I say pulling away.

"Are you going to be okay? Do you need anything?" Maria asks.

"C-could you actually sing me a song?" I ask.

"Of course..." Eliza says softly.
