Stacking his last 3 boxes, Kaila checked if he wasn't forget everything when someone knocked at the door.

"He's fair play enough to say me goodbye."

But when he opened the door, he didn't see his male friend but his female friend, Anna, soaked. Not knowing what to do, he just stayed here, looking at her.

"Can... I come in?" The blondie finally asked.

"Huh? Ah, yeah, of course, it's your home!"

While Anna closed the door once inside the apartment, Kaila went to the bathroom to get her a towel she gave her when she sat in front ofher, on the armchair near the sofa.

"Thanks K."

Obviously embarassed, none of them was talking, or even looking at the other person in the room.

"He said you're leaving?"

"Yeah..."

"Where are you going to live?

"My mom agreed to keep me at her house the time I found another job and another place to live?"

"And your studies?"

But Kaila didn't want to reply, making Anna angry.

"You're the one us who wanted the most to enter the justice world and you're telling me you're gonna give up like that?!"

Once again, the asian student kept his mouth closed. When Anna calmed down, he finally started to talk again.

"You remember when we were 7 and we went to the mountain with your dad? Just before the night, we were lost in the forest and I hurted my arm. While I was panicking, you kept your cool and you ripped your favorite scarf your mom gave you for you birthday to compress the wound. Just because of our friendship."

At the end of his monologue, he get up and took his little boxes.

"Just see this as a refund for that time."

Ignoring his best friend's screams, he left the room. Once he passed the building door, he fell on the ground, silently crying. In her apartment, Anna, alone, started to felt the lonliness from this half empty place. She went to her former roomate room, completly empty and started to cry.
