She ran from the Red Room for that time, but once she had the child, she knew she couldn't let Red Room know so she left her on a doorstep of a police station with a note, a note that simply said, 'Natalia Rose Winchester' the last name of the man, the last name of the father to her child, she thought she removed a target from her back, but she actually added a new one.
