Avenger's Chapter Starts where left off

Recap

Natasha gave a small sympathetic smile and said "just give it time" as the elevator came to a stop they both entered Tony's lab, but instead they were met with a whole army of iron man suits ready to attack

Bucky whispered to Natasha "or maybe he's going to kill me right here right now"

Both jumped back into the elevator and too the sides to avoid being hit by the blasts Natasha looked up to the ceiling and shouted "F.R.I.D.A.Y What the heck is going one? F.R.I.D.A.Y? Hello?"

Natasha looked at Bucky and said "Somethings really wrong"

After they were safely in the elevator Natasha pulled her phone out and tried to make a call, "Dang it" Natasha said frustratedly  "communications are down"

"you don't think Stark just tried to kill me do you?" Bucky questioned

Natasha gave him a 'are you serious look' and said "Tony's not that stupid, if he were going to kill you he'd let a toxic gas seep into your room, or something like that, he wouldn't use his suits"

The elevator dinged and both quickly made there way to the  mission briefing room

When they walked in Tony said with a wave of his hand "there they are"

"where were you guys? i looked everywhere for you two" Wanda asked 

Meanwhile Both Natasha and Bucky shared a look 

"We've been compromised" Natasha said 

"What? what's going on?" Steve questioned

Bucky turned his attention to Wanda "so your telling me you haven't seen me all day?"

Wanda nodded

"We've been compromised by some sort of shapeshifter thingy" Natasha said

Tony rolled his eyes and said "big whoop someone's pretending to be us, whatever no harm no foul"

"They tried to kill me and Natasha" Bucky deadpanned 

Steve looked around and said "okay Tony put the tower on lock down till we figure this out"

Tony huffed but said "fine Friday, put the tower into Lock Down"

Natasha started to say "Tony Friday won't....." 

But she was cut off by Friday saying "I'm sorry Mr.Stark, but i no longer take commands from you"

Tony looked shocked "Friday StarkOverride001, Put the tower into Lock Down now"

"I am sorry Mr. Stark yo-....." Friday started but never got to finish as she was shut down

"Great" Clint muttered "now we don't have eyes or ears in the tower"

Bucky looked around the room and asked "wheres Wilson?"

Wanda responded saying "i haven't seen him all day"

"Well the Wilson that me and Natasha saw had to have Wilson, because no shapeshifter could annoy me that well" Bucky said

Natasha growled "That's just great, that means we also have a man down"

Steve stood up and gave orders as usual "We will split up into teams, first team will be Thor, Bucky, and Clint, Second team will be Tony, Natasha, and Dr.Banner, and me and Wanda will be the third team, everyone okay with that?"

There was multiple 'yes's' 

"But wait" Natasha said "if were dealing with shapshifters we need to have a code, something they wouldn't know"

Everyone sat in though for a while before Tony shot up with an idea "I've got the perfect thing, and at least one person on every team knows it, My nickname for Loki"

Steve nodded and said "that's not actually a bad idea, everyone got it?"

There was another string of 'yes's' and nods 

Steve said "Alright, remember we have no way of communicating, so meet here in a hour, now lets go save Sam"

1 Hour Later

Everyone met back right on time, spirits were low, they searched the entire tower and there was no sign of Wilson anywhere

They walked into the mission briefing room to be met by 4 shapeshifters standing there with Wilson gagged and tied up in front of them, The shifters had returned to there original forms

"What do you want?" Steve questioned as he stepped forward

The one who seemed to be the leader spoke "What we want is Natasha Romanoff"

"Okay then" Natasha started "what do you want from me?"

The lead shifter spoke again "Natalia, has been causing trouble for my business, she hacked me, drained every asset we had, we want to use you as leverage to draw her out"

"Natasha, Who's Natalia?" Steve questioned

Natasha exhaled sharply and kept her eyes glued to the Lead shifter when she answered "Natalia Rose Winchester, my daughter"

The teams eyes were wide

"Either you come with us or he dies" the lead shifter said while motioning to Wilson

Natasha kept eye contact "fine, i'll go with you, but only if you tell me how my daughter ended up a hacker"

The Team and the other shifters were being quiet just listening to everything unfold

"okay" the lead shifter said "here's your daughters story, She was raised with a great family, she was a kid genius surpassed all her classmates, hacked into NASA, CIA, and NSA, all for fun by 6 years old, everything was great till a demon killed her adopted family, see Miss Romanoff your thought by giving your kid the last name of her father would remove the target from your enemy's off her back, but instead you put a whole new level of danger on your kids tail"

Natasha's eyes were wide, she gave her up so she could have a good normal life, not that

Natasha turned to the team "i'm going with them, it's my only shot at finding her"

"Nat it's risky and dangerous"Clint spoke worry etched in his voice

Natasha shook her head and said "iv'e been in way more danger than this, i mean remember Budapest"

Clint shook his head and hugged her "once again you and i remember Budapest very differently"

There was multiple be careful's and of course Tony butted in with 'you are so telling us everything when you get back'

"Send Wilson over then i'll join you" Natasha said

She did, they exited the tower with her

Natasha was terrified, but also excited, she was gonna meet her daughter, even if the situation wasn't ideal, she couldn't wait.
