I'm in love with the bad boy

Chapter 1

Kayla POV

New town. New school. New life. My mom lives here in Virginia. I had been living with my dad in New Jersey, but my Mom & Dad decided to try one more time to put the family back together.

My parents got a divorce when I was 3 years old. I have an older brother named Mason & he's really protective over me. He had been living here with my mom so I didn't get too see him too often. My entire world was just changed upside down.

When me & my dad arrived to our new but old home it was kinda awkward at first. You know everybody being together, but I already feel like a family again.

After I finished unpacking my bags & putting everything where I wanted it, I laid down & set my alarm for school. I'm actually really nervous. I hate going to new schools.

*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEEP*

I hear my alarm go off & I sigh & shut it off. Today's the day. Today's the day I start my new school.

I start getting ready & I put on some jean shorts that were kinda short & a white lace tube top. I grabbed a beige light sweater & put it on over that so I don't get in trouble for showing my shoulders. Dress codes are so annoying. I left my hair natural which was dark brown & curly & it was pretty long. It ended right below my boobs. I put on my makeup & white vans & ate some breakfast while I waited for my brother.

"Hey" Mason said as he entered my room.

"Hey" I smiled grabbing my phone & sticking it in my bag.

"Okay Kayla we need to talk about something." Mason said as he joined sitting next to me on my bed.

"Alright what's up?" I said asking him concerned.

"I don't want to make you nervous for your first day at a brand new school, but I'm just warning you, try & stay away from Matthew Espinosa & his little group of friends. They're bad news. His group consists of him, Nash Grier & Taylor Caniff." Mason said looking down at the floor.

"Lighten up Mas, I'm going to be fine. Now let's go before we're late!" I said grabbing my stuff & running out the door.

"Bye mom bye dad I love you." I groaned as me & mason got in his car & left for school. Mason was popular I guess. He was star of the football team & everybody loved him.

It didn't take long to get to school at all. When we pulled up I saw a bunch of slutty girls everywhere & a bunch of jocks.

"Alright Kay, you'll have to go to the office to get your schedule, I would tag along but I have a meeting with my team so I have to run! Sorry Kay, I love you & text me if you need anything!" Mason said as he ran towards his group of friends.

I started walking to the office as I felt my phone buzz in my bag. I grabbed it out & I started reading my texts as I was still walking. The text was from my friend John back in New Jersey. He was texting me to see how I was doing in the new town.

As I start to reply I accidently bumped into somebody. As I looked up I saw a guy much taller then me stare me down head to toe. I felt his eyes burning into my soul.

"Watch where you're going babe." He said as he walked passed me & grabbed my ass.

When I turned around too look back at him I saw what the back of his jacket said. It said "Espinosa."
