Ugh

Why don't you just confront them?

It's not that easy, to confront them. Especially on something that happened years ago. It's like you're digging shit from the ground and putting it in front of them. First not only is it embarrassing for you to do that. But you somehow feel like an idiot for even doing that in front of a crowd.

Why do you want to do it in front of a crowd?

Where else should it be done? Maybe I want people to know and believe me. It's not about them though don't fucken mistake that. It's about me standing up to them. They're not monsters but just people who think they're entitled. This is why people don't confront those people.

Do you realize how at the end of the day you're the one suffering? I mean when it's all said and done. You're the one losing sleep trying to protect them.

I think it's more like "will anyone believe me." It's been over two decades and I think with time it will get better. I'll live and one day I'll forget about it.

Have you forgotten about it?

Ugh why you always do that? But no you sometimes repress those memories however they pop up on their own. It's like one minute you think you have control over everything but the next minute you are brought to that night again.....
