Grayson's POV

I walked into History cause I noticed that Harriet was in this class I've known that she was in this class but I guess 'I never really noticed her full until now until I realized how-' I was cut off by my thoughts to the sound of a familiar voice

"Grayson....Grayson walk in the door" Shanice was behind me and I had only just realize that I was blocking the door way by my thoughts

I walked in the door and found a spare seat, it was three seats away from Harriet, Shanice sat next to me cause the tables were in two's

"Hey Gray... what's going on? " she asked I could hear her but I was slightly still in a day dream state.

"why don't you talk to her" Shanice said making me snap out of my thoughts.

"what... who? " I asked sounding clueless

she gave me a look saying 'really'

"Want me to point her out say her name or something" she said getting out of her seat slowly makeup making me nervous and embarrassed... I quickly grabbed her arm and pulled her down so she can sit back down and not make a fool of me or herself. Then she looked at me and smiled

"Harriet....silly " she spoke softly making sure only I could hear

I looked over towards Harriet she looked to the side allowing me to see her beautiful face even though I could only see half of it; it was still beautiful to me and then I realized something....

"Hang on how do you know Harriet ?" I asked Shanice just realizing

"She's Kurt's Sister right" she stated and I just shook my head signaling YES

"why don't you talk to her, have you already?" she asked

The room began to get quiet and I realized that the teacher was starting to do work and our conversation had to be more faint.

"she doesn't talk much" she stated

I got a text from Nolan

From Nolan - Shanice OK?

I texted him back

To Nolan - Fine

"That's Nolan isn't it" she knew

"shhh" the teacher could hear us

"He's worried about you" I told her

"Tell him there isn't anything to worry about" she said and looked away

"what's happening.... really... Nolan's told me a few things.... And so have Ethan... I won't tell them it will just be between me and you promise" I tried convincing her.... she soon gave in and looked at me, her lips part and at this moment I knew she was going to tell me and I would have to pretend to both Ethan and Nolan that I don't know anything..... simply because I didn't want to break my trust with Shanice.

"I-" she began

"I'll write it on paper for you but you have to give it back"

I nodded in response

Ethan's POV

I had so many things on my mind
• Nolan and Kurt
• Kurt and Gray
• Gray and Shanice
• Shanice and her parents
There were just so many things on my mind and I needed answers.

I had a spare I sat on the oval just watching people do sports and I was trying to get my head around things

I got up from the bleachers where I sat and made my way around the school just wondering.

I was that lost in thought that I ran into someone..... Kurt

"Hey Ethan" He said nicely I was a little stunned by his actions cause I wasn't used to it especially by him
I didn't respond and then I kept walking and I stood there, then all of a sudden

"hey wait Kurt... wait up" I ran after him and he turned around

"Hey what's up man" he turned back

"you busy? " I asked

"not really I have a spare whats wrong"

"mind if we talk for a minute " I asked hoping he'd say yes
