All through Ms. Bustier's class, I thanked my lucky stars I ended up with Adrien Agreste. "Marinette!" Called a voice. I looked up to see Ms. Bustier looking at me. "Yes, Ms. Bustier?"

"Can you tell me why Johnny chose to fire in the air?" She said, motioning to her book. "I-um, well, he- I-"

"I am the Pirateer, everything I touch shall become golden dabloons!" boomed a monstrous voice from outside the school. A figure sailed by. "Class, you're dismissed. Please make it home safe. This only meant one thing. An akuma."

Chat Noir/Adrien

We waited for the class to file out before I took Marinette's hand. We ran to the downstairs corner of the school and waited for everyone to file out. We retreated to the library to transform.

She took my hand and said, "Are you ready, Adrien?"

"Claws out!" I exclaimed. Green surrounded me. "You mean Chat Noir?" I grinned as Marinette was engulfed in red. Ladybug looked at me, reaching for her yo-yo with her free hand. "Let's go." I released her hand and whipped out my baton. We ran out of the library and out onto the streets of Paris. Not just Ladybug and Chat Noir. Not just Marinette and Adrien, but as a dynamic duo who could take on anything, so long as we had each other.
