After dressing up nicely, Blaine asked

"Just go and have fun" Santana said
He arrived at where the dinner table, but he realized that it was set up nicely

"You did all this for me" Blaine was touched
"Yeah" Kurt took Blaine's hand and led him towards the table
"And you cooked all this" Blaine looked at the food
"Basically with the help of the girls" Kurt said
"Best surprise ever" Blaine said
"I'm glad you like it" Kurt was smiling a lot
"Now that we're talking, how do you feel about the fact that we have kids around this time" Blaine asked
"Right now, I feel shocked but when we go back home, I'll know that about 20 years from then, we'll have kids" Kurt replied
"Yeah, it does feel kind of shocking" Blaine agreed
"But hey, at least we'll be alright" Kurt assured him
