How Did This Happen?

Lunch

     When Thomas and I made it to the restaurant no one was there except the staff. I opened the door and walked up to the hostess.

    "How many?" She politely asked.
     "Just 2." I replied with a smile.
     "Right this way then." She said as she turned away and walked to a table.

     The table was in the back right corner of the restaurant. Thomas and I sat down and the hostess took our orders. I ordered a lemonade and Thomas just got a water. A different lady came back with our drinks and her face lit up when she saw Thomas.

     "OMG! You're Thomas Brodie-Sangster!" She squealed.
     "Last I checked I was." Thomas simply said to her.
     "Can I have a picture?! And an autograph?" She squealed/questioned.
     "Yea." Thomas said taking her notepad and signing it before standing up. After she got the picture she went back to being a waitress.

     "Sorry so uh what can I get you to eat?"
    "I'll take a House salad" I said simply.
     "I'll take the Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT, please." Thomas sweetly said the waitress.
     "Coming Right up!" The waitress told us as she skipped off.

     "Well that was interesting." I awkwardly said to Thomas.
     "Eh you get used to it after a while." He replied.
     "I bet you would. It must happen a lot." I'm not quite sure what to say.
     "Well, enough with this small talk. Let's get to know each other." Thomas sweetly said to me while smiling.
     "Ok well, how will we do that." I answered slightly laughing at myself.
     "How about you and I create our own little game, and we call it "Questions". Basically I ask you a question, then you answer and ask me one." Thomas suggested while smiling at me.
     "Sure sound fun! So I'll let you go first because you suggested it."
     "Ok, first question, we will start simple. When's your birthday?" He questioned me.
    "My birthday is October 22nd, in about a month. Now, my question. What's your ideal first date?" I ask him genuinely curious.
     "Hmmmm. Ideal first date? Probably something simple. Like a picnic,  going out to eat, or stargazing." I can tell he put a lot of thought into the answer.

     While we kept playing the game the waitress gave us our food and the bill. When I went to grab my wallet I realized Thomas already paid. I thanked him and we left. While we both walked back we talked. We kept playing "Questions" all the way back to the café I worked at. Once we got back I told him goodbye and went back to work. My best friend Liz asked me all about it and I answered all of her questions. By the time work was over I was exhausted. I hopped in my car and went home. When I got home I took a nice warm shower and put on pjs. I decided to flip on the T.V and watch my favorite T.V show, Gravity Falls, I know most people would make fun of me for watching it, but I loved it. I ended up falling asleep on the couch.

Anyway. I have BIG ideas for the next few chapters. Well the next chapter might just be a filler but yea.

     My friends and I got the idea of the game from something my bff and I created aaaaaand anyone here like Gravity Falls too?
