"today marks the fifth year since i left." yoongi whispered to himself, marking a red 'x' on his calendar.

"knock knock," namjoon entered yoongi's office, "i have some news for you."

"it better be good. i swear, if it's about the groups not liking any more songs, i'm gonna–"

"i found them."

yoongi froze after namjoon spoke. he didn't know how to react. namjoon places a folder in front of him. namjoon nodded at him to open the folder. inside was pictures of the two and their information. they don't live in busan anymore. jimin moved to incheon and found a nice penthouse close to a school. now five-year-old minhyuk attends preschool and jimin uses the time he's at school for work.

jimin's previous job was being an instructor at a jiujitsu training center. now, he's a choreographer alongside good friend jung hoseok. the two have become famous over the past couple of years for their talent and looks. a short report states that jimin works with boy groups more than girl groups. it also states that jimin earns quite a lot to support him, minhyuk, and their lifestyle.

"they're well." yoongi smiled softly.

"of course they're well," namjoon chuckles, "your son attends preschool now. isn't it great? he's growing up." namjoon smiles.

"but," yoongi started, "they seem to be much better off without me."
