"hello?" yoongi answered the phone.

"it's jimin." he sighs.

"can't sleep?" yoongi took a guess.

"yeah," jimin nodded, "i hate nights like this."

yoongi chuckled quietly. jimin was lying in his room, waiting to fall asleep while minhyuk was already fast asleep. yoongi was outside the apartment, coming in. he made a spare key without jimin knowing. turns out, yoongi's business trip didn't last too long and as soon as he was let off, he bought a ticket to incheon and flew out. he wanted to surprise jimin because he knew he missed him. namjoon did come along with yoongi but he's staying at the hotel nearby.

"maybe if you go downstairs real quick, you can feel better." yoongi suggested, quietly shutting the door.

"why would i go downstairs?"

"make some warm tea. you'll feel better after you drink it." yoongi lied.

"okay." jimin gets up from his bed.

yoongi heard his bedroom door open and he quickly hid somewhere in the kitchen. he hid the luggage in the coat closet and smooshed himself in the gap between the fridge and the pantry. he saw jimin's beautiful dark brown hair and pushed himself farther into the gap. jimin began to make himself a nice cup of tea and as soon as his back faced yoongi, yoongi slipped out of the gap and slowly crept up to jimin. jimin sipped on the tea as it was still pretty hot. 

"okay," jimin put the cup down, "i drank it. i don't know if i feel better or not." jimin sighed.

"maybe you'd feel better now." yoongi wrapped his arms around jimin's waist.

"oh my god." jimin smiled, turning to hug yoongi.

"hi."

"when did you get here?" jimin smiled, looking into yoongi's eyes.

"just now." he shrugs.

"why didn't you tell me you'd come?"

"what's the point of a surprise if i tell you?"

i go to san francisco tomorrow and i'm gonna feel so emo since i saw monsta x two weeks ago in the warfield and imma pass by it hella times. in all honesty, i really want next year to come just so i can see them in concert again. 

also the albums i bought arrive next week and i'm excited to open it up and see the photocards
