Katie's POV:
Shawn was gone, the boy was gone, amanda was gone.
My eyes were starting to water and I pushed through the mall doors.
I walked back to my dorm, alone, and unlocked the door.
I just fell on my bed, not even realizing Cassie was right there.
"You okay?" She asked, sitting on the edge of my bed
"No." I said, turning over to look at her.
"What happened?" She asked, concerned.
"Your brother just tried to kiss m-me and I didn't push him bac-k and my friend walked out and h-he got mad and left and" i said between sobs.
"Katie, it's okay." She said, cutting me off.
"No it's nooooooot." I said crying
"Katie. Shawn is a fuckboy, he dates anyone and kisses anyone he sees, you need to learn to get over it." She said, folding her arms.
"Why are you so nice and he's so mean at the same time" i said sobbing
"We're different. He's never even mentioned me to all his fuckboy friends. Every time I go to his parties he calls me his 'friend'" she said using air quotes around Friend.
She pulled me to stand up.
"I like Shawn. A lot." I said looking down.
I looked down, and heard people chatting outside.
The door's open, great.
"He likes you too." Shawn said, walking into my dorm.
