The damage was done. Rose has killed every single person in the hospital besides Lela. Lela was done, she was out of it. She knew the game Rose was playing.

BOOM
Suddenly, six police cars pull up to the town of Reckmore hospital and start searching around for any victims or survivors. They found them, they found Lela sitting with a knife in her hand and saw Bloody Rose also holding a knife.
"Excuse me did you do this? COME WITH ME NOW" The police shouted.
Lela had no response, she wouldn't know what to say. She knew if she said "the doll did it", she would sound even crazier then how she sounded the first time. Lela was thrown to the ground and her cuffs were the tightest.
The police men kept investigating in the hospital
"Hey Carl, look how she killed these men. She used a blade and cut open their stomach and put their guts in their mouths" A police officer said.
"Yeah Daniel, Weird physco thoughts she has. What a maniac" Carl said.

Both Police officers kept trying to force answers out of Lela, no result. Lela didn't answer anything...she was waiting for death. She didn't have anything to live for anymore.
She was thrown into one the most secured prisons in the State. That was how crazy they thought she was. Lela was in chains, not just cuffs. She was marked up for being a dangerous person.
