The rain poured down heavily as Raina sat by the window cuddled up on Ray's lap in a bundle of blankets. Her expression was rather pouty, as she simply glared at the pouring rain. Ray seemed rather nervous as he tried to soothe her, but he seemed to enjoy her pouty childish face. "Ray, when will the rain stop?" Raina said, scowling.
Ray smiled gently as he set his hand firmly on her head, "...It'll stop soon." Raina sighed as she laid her head against his chest and stretched her legs out. "Your voice is like an instant mood maker." Her voice sounded hazy as she nuzzled up against him. "W-wait, Raina I don't think this is the right time to do--." Ray looked down to see his sleeping wife, as he sighed. "You just sleep anywhere don't you?"
Ray looked out the window, and made sure Raina was comfortable throughout her nap. When she woke up, she looked up to see Ray sleeping peacefully as she smiled and glanced outside to see the rain was becoming more of a sprinkle and the sunlight peeked through the dark clouds. Moving off his lap, Raina rewrapped the blankets around him and placed pillows behind his back. Humming to herself she went out to buy snacks.
Upon waking up, Ray was startled to find that Raina wasn't there as he shouted for her name throughout the house. When he heard no reply, he got up and stumbled at first but ran throughout the house trying to find her. When he couldn't find her, he ran to go outside when he stopped in his tracks. Raina was sitting at the doorway with a plastic bag, her legs curled up to her chest, and her cheeks were puffed up from pouting. "I forgot the key when I left." Ray was at a loss for words as he fell to the ground a sighed heavily. He looked like he was at the brink of tears as he covered his face his his hands. Raina noticed this and hugged him on instinct, "Ray, I'm sorry, I didnt want to wake you up." She frantically tried to cheer him up, as she covered his face in kisses. "Please don't make me worry, I thought I would have a heart attack." Ray mumbled as Raina nodded frantically.
What an idiot couple.
