Hiro woke covered in Marigold petals and with 3 skeletons standing at his feet. "Chamaco are you sure this is the one who said the vows?" Said one of them it had on a straw hat and farmers outfit. The one on the right responded with "Miguel knows who asked him to marry them Hector" this one had on a purple dress. Hiro raced to his feet "Your-your Skeletons!" he shouted shocked. The middle one in a red and white hoodie smiled saying so you've noticed Hiro. I'm Miguel Rivera your husband," Miguel held up his bony hand with the Marigold petal ring on it "Odd I know, but it's best to explain later at home. Oh, and by the way, this is Hector and Mama Imelda." He pointed at the to next to him.

Hiro ended up having to walk next to Miguel to the house due to his tendency to lose people in crowds. It took them a bit to get there giving Hiro more time to adjust. Once they arrived the youngest of the skeletons claiming to be Miguel Rivera called out "Mi Familia I have someone I want you all to meet!~". Without a moments miss five to seven skeletons walked out and gawked at Hiro. Imelda took a bit to introduce them tapping on her arm trying to remember all their names. Miguel finally introduced Hiro to the family "This is Hiro Hamada, my husband." Miguel held out his hand so they could tell he wasn't lying.

~Miguel's POV~

I was so happy when Hiro proposed to me I pulled him into the Land of The Dead the moment he placed the ring on my finger. I laughed when he started to impersonate people. Hiro continued to impersonate these people finally he said his beautiful vows.

I turned around to look at Hiro scared and slightly restless. "Can someone please explain why Miguel is only my age and dead, and why I'm here?!" Hiro shouted I looked at my shoes "That's a long story" I said softly. "And what a story it is Chamaco love, murder, and a curse most vile."

"Hey! Give me a listen to you skeletons of cheer
At least those of you who don't get an ear
I'll tell you a story that'll make a skeleton cry
Of our own judiciously lovely corpse
Groom

[Rivera's]
Die, die we all pass away
But don't wear a frown 'cause it's really okay
And you might try and hide
And you might try and pray
But we all end up the remains of the day
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah (that's right)
Yeah yeah yeah

[Hector]
Well, our boy is a beauty known for miles around
When a mysterious stranger came into town
She's plenty good-looking, but down on her cash
And our poor little baby, he fell hard and fast
When his daddy said no, he just couldn't cope
So our lovers came up with a plan to elope

[Rivera's]
Die, die we all pass away
But don't wear a frown 'cause it's really okay
And you might try and hide
And you might try and pray
But we all end up the remains of the day
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah
Yeah yeah yeah

(Oh, that's right
Okay. Oh, yeah
Come on, boys, pick it up
Yeah. Like it
Okay, Chancy, take it
Yeah. Yeah! That's nice
Yeah!)

[Hector]
So they conjured up a plan to meet late at night
They told not a soul, kept the whole thing tight
Now, his suit fit like a glove
You don't need much when you're really in love
Except for a few things, or some told
Like the family jewels and a satchel of gold
Then next to the graveyard by the old oak tree
On a dark foggy night at a quarter to three
He was ready to go, but where was she?

[Hector and Rivera's]
And then?
He waited
And then?
There in the shadows, was it his girl?
And then?
His little heartbeat so loud
And then?
And then baby, everything went black

Now when he opened his eyes he was dead as dust
His jewels were missing and his heart was bust
So he got a curse lying under that tree
That he'd wait for his true love to come set him free
Always waiting for someone to ask for his hand
When out of the blue comes this groovy young man
Who vows forever to be by his side
And that's the story of our own corpse groom

[Rivera's]
Die, die we all pass away
But don't wear a frown 'cause it's really okay
And you might try and hide
And you might try and pray
But we all end up the remains of the day,
Did that help kid?" Asked Great Grandpa Hector after singing. I noticed Hiro shake his head no before I pulled him to the balcony.

×H-POV×
I followed Miguel out to an oddly shaped balcony. When we got to the house I had a whole lot of questions, like why do they live in a mansion since they all like they where normal people before death, why Miguel is cursed, and how do I have anything to do with this?! Miguel brought me to sit on a bench shaped like a guitar case and gave me a box "It's a wedding present!" Shouted Miguel as I opened it up. Inside was my old bot for BF (bot fighting) I just smiled and said "Thank you, Miguel, I haven't seen it since my brother Tadashi died." I stifled back a tear. Miguel stood up and leaned against the balcony "Your brother is a nice guy, I met him the last time Diaz Les mortis came around." Miguel said smiling. His bony smile was beautiful, but it was distracting me from the real world up above this one.
