The Jedi looked at me in astonishment.
"How do you know my name?" asked Arymiss.
"Because," I started. I pulled back my hood and took off my mask. "I'm your sister."
Arymiss looked at me in disbelief and shook her head.
"That's impossible. I was told that I had no siblings," said Arymiss.
"Typical of the Jedi to hide your attachments," I replied.
"Master, you don't actually believe this Imperial scum do you?" asked the other Jedi that I was holding.
"Not at all," replied Arymiss. "Now!"
At once, the doors to the shop opened again as Republic troopers flooded into the room, weapons drawn. I looked at the lead trooper who carried a heavy assault cannon in his hands. I overlooked his uniform when I noticed the unmistakable insignia of Havoc Squad.
"Surrender now," said the lead trooper. Raina held one of her weapons in the direction of the lead trooper.
I released my grip on the other Jedi and held my hands up in surrender. Raina looked at me astonished. The other Jedi stood up and grabbed her lightsaber before pulling my hands behind my back and cuffing them together in binders.
One of the Republic troopers approached Raina, as she too had thrown down her weapons. Arymiss walked over to the lead trooper.
"You alright sir?" asked the trooper.
"Yes Major," replied Arymiss. "Kira, head back to the ship and be ready to leave when I get back."
"Yes, master," replied the other Jedi as she walked out of the room.
"This is her?" asked the lead trooper. "'Cipher Nine' the so-called 'Shadow?'"
"Indeed," replied Arymiss. "Let's take her back to the Courage."
"Understood sir," replied the trooper. Arymiss exited the room, followed by the rest of us. We moved discreetly so as to not alert any Hutt Cartel security, or any Imperial forces. We arrived at a shuttle pad and loaded onto a small shuttle.
We rocketed away from the Promenade and arrived shortly on a Republic Thranta-class transport, some parsecs away from Nar Shadaa. The lead trooper took the lead as two other soldiers escorted us from the back.
"Move along," said a female soldier with an Imperial accent.
"You're Imperial aren't you?" I asked. The soldier shook her head.
"Not anymore," replied the soldier. "Now start walking."
Raina and I were escorted down to the brig. The two of us were placed into two separate cells. The clear transparent shield activated. The lead trooper stood in front of the door.
"It's about time that you were locked up," said the soldier.
"Don't get so cocky," I replied. The soldier removed his helmet and held it in the crook of his arm.
"I'd get comfortable if I were you," retorted the trooper.
"Kei'din," said a voice. Arymiss walked into view with her hands clasped behind her back.
"I'll take care of interrogating her," said Arymiss. Kei'din nodded as he slipped back on his helmet.
"Major," said the trooper who had an Imperial accent. "We're to report to Ilum in a few hours."
"Understood," replied Kei'din. "Let's get going then Elara."
Kei'din and the other trooper walked out to the turbolift, leaving me with my sister.
