Going to Hogwarts

The rest of the month went by fast for Hadrian and even faster for Severus. Over the past month Severus was going back and forth between Hogwarts and being with Hadrian. It was hard for both of them. Hadrian had books to keep him company and his markers, pens, and pencils. Severus took Hadrian to Hogsmade one day and he loved it. The book store was the best and the art supplies he got was amazing. Severus was going to the Apothecary to restock some of the basic student ingredients for the new school year. He thought it would be a good chance to see how Hadrian was in a public setting and see if Hogwarts is the right school for him with all the kids and stuff. Now Severus was in his son's room while Hadrian is sleeping for tomorrow was the first day of school. Severus was nervous, he wants his son to be in Slytherin but the chance of him being a Lion is also possible. But if he was a Snake then he would feel proud and scarred. Slytherin is the most hated house and has been ever sense Tom Riddle became The Dark Lord. The other houses and teachers and even the Headmaster do not take so kindly to his snakes. How are they going to react to Hadrian being his son. "I wont find out untill we get there. It's going to be a long day. 12:30 already, I need to go to sleep big day." Severus kissed Hadrian on his messy hair and went to bed.

The next morning for Hadrian was a thrill. He got up early at like 8:00 and made breakfast and woke up his dad and if you thought it was hard getting a teen to wake up then it is impossible to wake up Severus Snape before 9:30. "Dad get up. come on I made breakfast this morning. Vanilla biscuits and and hazelnut coffee,"
"Son I love you, and you are the light of my life but you know not to wake me up."
"Dad I love you, and you saved me but you know I am a morning person just as much as I am a night owl. Now today is my first day at a very new school. I im excited and nervous as hell (excuse my language) so please get up."
"Hadrian it is 8:35 why would even you get up this early?"
"Dad."
"Fine I'm up. Damn responsable kid, how did I end up with you?" Severus muddered while getting up. He was crabby in the morning and not everyone can get him up. Only Hadrian and sometimes sometimes Lucius can get him up without being hexed into next week. "How in the world did you do this? I know you can cook but this is wow. When did you get up?"
"8:00. "
"In the morning? What the hell is wrong with you? You are a mad man."
"Well I'm so glad you told me that after I made you breakfast. Why must you be so mean to me your only child?"
"Well, I do have my reputation to uphold. We need to make sure you have every thing you need because I'm not going back and forth to get your things. I will treat you the same as all the others but if anything comes up, tell me. We might spend Christmas at school it depends on how many students are staying even if they are not in my house. I do not care what house you get in I'm proud of you, just don't cause to much trouble for the other teachers."
"I'm not that bad. Plus what trouble can I get into with you consantly looking over my shoulder? As a teacher you have to wake up rather early in the morning, before the students I'm sure. Now I'm sure you are not a morning person so how did you live before me?"
"I had your uncle set a clock that would not go off untill I was up and dressed. Now the coffee at Hogwarts is not as good as yours but it is still respectable and keeps me awake long enough." Hadrian just laughed at him. This was the most outrageous thing he has ever heard of.
"Dad you are a very very strange person. What about when you where a student, how did you not miss breakfast every morning?"
"Well your godfather is two years older than me so I think some other kid in my year went to get a perfect and ran into Luc and told him I was still sleeping and so he took it upon himself to wake me up every morning. And when he graduated the made the clock to wake me up, and only I could hear it and be able to turn it off so I had to get up and turn it off."
"Dad you have a problem. You do know that  right? I mean I love you and I respect you but we need to work out this problem of yours."
"Son you have a problem yourself."
"What do you mean? I'm fine."
"You stay up late and wake up at 8:00 in the morning, you read more than any Ravenclaw I have ever seen and you are so quite that I can never tell if you are sleeping or if you are reading, in the bathroom or whatever you are doing. And how are you so nice to people? You are one of the most out going and conservative children I have ever known. Also the tricks and word games and the sarcasm, now I might be crazy or something but as the head of Slytherin I'm pretty danm confident in my abilty to reconize a fellow snake when I see one now so tell me you don't have a problem."
"I do not have a problem that is the way I am and you can not change me so get over it. Now you  might be worried about what house I might get into but I'm sure the house I am sorted into this evening will not be Hufflepuff so calm down. Now if I may have your blessing I need to go and make suer you did not leav anything in your room then we can get out of our pajamas and go to Kings Cross and maybe I can sit in the teachers car with you."
"You know you can't, plus you said you would sit with Draco on the train."
"Dang it. Well what if someone asks to sit with us and they are an obvious lion or raven even I can't handel that. How am I going to tell them that I do not want them in our compartment and that I really do not want them talking to me any other time because I am antisocal and don't like people or children like my father."
"Well tell them that you don't like people and that they are annoying?"
"Dad I'm not kidding, and you know you can't let Draco talk to anyone. I'm sure I've gotten him to stop saying the 'm' word so that will not be a problem, but if I hear it  I'm gonna flip."
"I know. Come on we have some things to do before we go."
After breakfast the two got ready to go. Hadrian made sure Severus had everything before heading to Kings Cross. When they got there it was full of people, which to Hadrian was unnerving. Once they got to the platform they saw platinum blonde hair. It was not that hard to find a Malfoy in a crowd of people.
"Draco! Draco Malfoy!"
"Hadrian stop yelling it is not becoming of a young man and expecaly not my son now come on."
"Severus, Hadrian how are you doing this morning."
"Hello Uncle Luc. I got Dad out of bed at 8:00 in the morning."
"Wow that is very rare. How did you do that?"
"I made breakfast."
Draco pipped in on that note. When Draco slept over one night the next morning he made breakfast and Draco would not stop talking about it untill lunch. Draco loves Hadrians cooking.
"You made breakfast and didn't come and get me? How could you?"
"It was 8 in the morning and you are not an early bird yourself so it would have been pointless and you most likely almost forgot your hair gel so you would have to had ro go back home to get it."
"Hey do not make fun of my hair or hair care. At least I try more than most."
"Yeah whatever, come on we only have 10 minuets before the train leaves. I want to get a compartment in the back not to many prople sit there and that means minimal human contact."
"You do know you will have to talk to other students at school right?"
"No I won't, I just need you and when I'm by myself I just need to keep my head down and talk to no one and won't have to worry about getting into a fight virbal or other wise, plus the whole being nice thing to people in the halls is pointless and stupid. Now come on."
Hadrian dragged Draco and Severus to the train and gave Lucius and Narcissa a hug and ran off to go and get a compartment in the back.
"Hadrian... what am I going to do with him. I will get his trunk you go ahead and on the train and I will see you tow at school, also do not let Hadrian get to many choclate flavored sweets off the trolly."
"Yes Uncle Sev. Bye mum and dad. I will owl you as soon as I can."
"Good bye son be good." Narcissa said giving Draco a hug.
"Draco be nice to the others and watch out for Hadrian for all of us."
"I will don't worry. I will miss you both. Love you bye." With that Draco went to find Hadrian and that left Severus to say his good byes to his friends and get on the train himself.
The ride was a long one and broing at that. half way into the ride some of Dracos friends came to sit with Draco and Hadrian. As soon as they sat down the interogation began.
"So who are you and how do you know Draco?" Pansy Parkinson was not the most ploite at times and needs to work on her attatude.
"What's it to you who I am? I'm a person." Hadrian answered.
"Well who are your parents?" Blaise Zabini, his mother has married seven times and her husbands keep dying, no one knows why or how.
"It's just me and my dad. That is none of your concern eather."
Well can you tell us anything at all?" Theo Nott said this time he is not very talkitive but can make good conversation.
"You will find out soon enough. Now shut up I'm was trying to read before you all so rudely came in without being invited. And to think a group of pure-bloods would know better than this." Hadrian said and opend his book and started where he left off. Draco was trying to hold in his laughter at this point knowing Hadrian does not take to kindly to people. The rest of the ride was uneventfull, a bushy haired girl came by and asked if any of them have seen a toad anywhere and the answer to that was no. When the train pulled in to the station at Hogwarts the students got out all in their robes and headed to the boats. Hagrid was there shouting how many there are allowed to a boat. Draco, Hadrian, and a red head named Ron Weasley. He's one of the pure-bloods who want to merge muggle and wizarding customs and have no idea what they are or what they mean. He is not the brightest person but he is not totally useless.
Hadrian could not handle being in the Entry Hall with all those people. Draco sees him getting a little shakey and helps get him to the back of the crowd.
"Who knew getting here would be so stressfull?" Draco asked. No one knew this was only the begining.
