Elijah:
I have found it. I have found the coffin. I carefully lift up its cover. Yes, she's lying here, as young and beautiful as 62 years ago, when she temporarily fell asleep. She reminds me of Sleeping Beauty or Snow White, only that she's much prettier. There should be fairy tales and legends about Elena. I softly stroke her cold hands. It's time. I dial Klaus' number. He answers the phone right after the first ring.
'Are you with her?' I ask him.
'I am. She doesn't have more than a few minutes left,' responds Klaus. I can hear the beeping of hospital apparatus and nurses' voices coming from the distance.
'Alright. I'm with Elena. I'll be waiting.'
'Do you know how shocking it will be for her when she wakes up and the only one she will see will be YOU?'
'I'll handle it,' I assure my brother in a calm voice, although I don't feel that calm in reality. I can hear that the beeping is getting faster. Bonnie's state is getting worse. Even though I feel a bit sorry for the witch, I can't wait for the beeping to go silent. Bonnie Bennett has already lived her life. Now it's Elena Gilbert's, the love of my life's turn.
'Last seconds,' announces Klaus after a while of silence. He doesn't need to add anything because the apparatus becomes quiet. I hang up and watch Elena in tension. Her chest slowly starts moving up and down with her breathing.
She gradually opens her eyes, and then she abruptly sits up in the coffin and gives out a loud shriek.
Sooo, since the Klelena story is finished now, I have decided to translate another of my TVD fanfics. :) I hope you'll like it.
