After breakfast all of them ate their breakfast, they went to the stage that was always set up in the middle of the forest to like have a jam session, danny was also tagging along but that made marshal angry. Even though it was jam a session, people (not humans) could watch them.
When they were about to set up, a group of musicsions or a band came towards them."This stage is our!"
Fionna's PoV
WHAT!?i don't remember them being here first or even leaving a note that they are using the place or even owns it!? i was about to charge up to them and give them a punch each but marshall stopped me and went to them instead of me. "let's have a contest."
" the best two singers of their froup will sing or play something. the winner gets the stage whenever we want and the loser..." he started smiling evily to them." will be publicaly humiliated for month! and the decision would be decided by the winner" marshal finished. the group gulp but they didn't back off,"alright, itsa deal" they shook hands but marshall's evil smile was still there.
time passed while we were to prepare for the performance.
when it was dark, the contest stared. at tge sidelines i saw cany people, animals and even a couple of princes came. we didn't even spread to people about and yet they came!?
Danny was the host for the performance because he was bored and he was not taking part, for some reason he dosen't sing not even to me! "Ladies and Gentlemen, tonight we have two group of singers, they had a deal the their best two singers would sing in a duet, the best couple would win and the losers would be publically humiliated by the winners. we have fionna the human and marshall the vampire king in a group and ... these other two in another" he finished the last part with a uninterested voice, i guess his supporting us.
Danny walked down the stage before he did that he introduced the first group. before the stage was set up someone suddenly shine the stage with brught lights. marshall hissed," marshall you think you can do it?" he nodded but when he got closer he hissed and ran away behind a nearby tree. marshall looked at me and said"i think they know that bright lights are my weakness."
it was time for me and marshall but we got a replacement in time for the show.
