The process of a normal bonding ritual of an alpha and omega usually always took a week. Throughout this week the alpha and omega would do many trials to strengthen their bond and learn how to serve their purpose with each other.

The alpha must learn how to control not only their pack but the omega. He must know how to properly mate and mark their omega and do it so their omega doesn't feel unwanted and try to leave the alpha for a more willing alpha.

The omega must learn how to handle their heats and learn to mother the children the alpha will give them. The omega has to also be a supportive role to their alpha throughout tough decisions for their pack, they are called the queen for the pack and will make sure to fulfill their statuses well.

The beginning of the week always had an easy night for the packs. It was a celebratory dinner that the hosting pack would prepare. The smell of smoked meat and various other dishes filled Jimin's nose and he let out a soft sigh. It smelled so good and it made his stomach growl. He didn't get a chance to eat at all with how busy it was this morning.

When the meal was prepared he was guided to go sit at the table that the family of the head of the packs had to sit at. He was helped by Taehyung, his beta friend who is always willing to help him get around. When Jimin thinks about it, the beta has truly always been the closest friend he has had. No one really wanted to play with the blind kid, especially the alpha children. Jimin was always an outcast, not only because of the fact he was bling, but there was also the fact he was an omega male. It was shown as a weakness to a lot of people. Jimin didn't care though, he was strong in his own way.

When he sat moments later the strong and almost putrid scent of the masculine scented alpha sat next to him. He wanted to groan but he remembered feeling the rough bark press against his skin from the interaction earlier, he truly despised this alpha. Why did he have to be stuck with his angsty ass?

"You know your expression isn't helping people believe we're happy..." Yoongi grumbled as he sighed out. "Loosen up a little and maybe scoot closer."

"You may be superior but you aren't mated to me yet so please don't boss me around already." He scoffed.

Jimin could actually feel a shift in the air of the mood. He knows he shouldn't speak up against an alpha but he didn't care with Yoongi. "That threat before wasn't a bluff...runt." He shot at him before he gripped the chair where Jimin sat and pulled the seat close making Jimin stiffen the slightest. "This bonding ritual is important to both of our families and if you keep playing this stubborn bitch you're going to mess this all up for not only yourself but for your family. If we don't combine our packs with this bond, worse packs will come in and cause severe damage to everyone..."

Jimin frowned, as much as he hated to admit it, Yoongi was definitely right. "Fine...then you need to do your part too...no more calling me runt, no more mood swings, and that threat better not happen. I can't be a queen with a beaten face." He said. For once Jimin actually heard Yoongi huff and it resembled a laugh. 

"Fine." He said. "Listen...I know you're not so keen on this as I am but we need to actually be strong and get through this together. For the safety of our pack." 

Jimin nodded silently. "The safety of our pack." He repeated with a nod.

Yoongi was silent from then on before the announcement the feast was ready was heard. Jimin had silently turned to his own plate, which thankfully was easily accessible for him. Plus at this point, he has definitely learned to eat without sight.

Dinner went by smoothly. He was spoken to by some of the pack members but they weren't long talks just congrats on the beginning of the bonding process. Yoongi and him didn't even talk at all. Yoongi would say a few casual things but nothing Jimin replied to. He knew his parents hated it, he could practically feel their glare on him.

"The dinner is over now." Taehyung said to Jimin as he began to help him up. "Your fathers wanted to speak to the both of you." Taehyung spoke up to him and the alpha.

Yoongi looked over with a harsh look in his eyes. "Great performance runt...they probably want to talk about how distant we are." He said gripping Jimin's arm.

Jimin gasped as he was dragged away unsure where he was even stepping. "Yoongi would you-" He began to speak up

"Alpha." He cut him off sternly. "You have no right to call me my name, runt."

Jimin frowned as he tried his best to keep up with him, it was hard without being able to tell where he was going and all. Eventually, he had stopped and he sensed other presences near them. "Can you be a little more gentle with your omega please?" Yoongi's father spoke with a stern parenting tone.

Yoongi huffed before letting go of Jimin who grumbled back and rubbed at his arm. "You two need to stop acting like this arrangement is the worst thing in the world." Jimin's father spoke up. "You both know how important this bonding ritual will be for both of our packs and if the both of you fail us you'll bring a downfall to our packs."

Jimin began to feel guilty, he knew how important this was to both of their parents. He could tell by Yoongi's silence that he was feeling the same way too. "I'm sorry father," Jimin spoke with a bow. Yoongi kept silent which resulted in his father sighing.

"Normally we don't want the two who are to bond to be sleeping in the same room the first night but...since this interaction between you is different me and Alpha Park agreed that you two have to tonight. Just so you guys can get along." He said sternly. 

The two looked to him, Jimin attempting to look his away with his blindness and all, in shock. They barely lasted five minutes with each other, this night was gonna have the two of them killing each other in minutes.

Shit...
