It's you, it was always you
The way that you looked at me
I am not like the others
Sometimes I wonder why do you even bother
But I am wanting more of you
I am lost in your arms, your love
This is wrong and I don't want to be right
I don't want to wake up to reality
I know you're not mine
But I can't get you out of my mind
Confusing my mentality
So I am pretending that you are
This is unhealthy, knowing it will kill me
When you go back to her
I'll take what I can, so hold my hand
You make me breathless
Feeling senseless
I wish that you would never let go
Can't ignore it, the need for more of you
Boy if only you knew
I'll never get over,
I'll love you when I am drunk or sober
And from the start, stubborn as I am
My heart was given to you to break.
_Just want to share this little poem I came across while I was looking for something on Google, it really touched me.
*There are some people who love so deeply & care so much & give every bit of themselves to others, so much so they don't have anything for themselves.
*They are the types of people who give away parts of themselves to make others feel whole.
*There are some people who show an unwavering strength as they lift others & make them feel better, but they can't figure out how to channel that into themselves.
*It's the same people who hide tears you don't know about.
*It's the same people who feel lonely in a crowd.
*It's the same people who look at others in love and wonder when it will be their turn.
