What do you see? 

You did say it is just some aspect of the cosmos. But do you know what aspect? It is a Magnetar. In case you don't know what a Magnetar is: 

"A neutron-star with incredibly enormous and terrifyingly powerful magnetism. 3 trillion times that of the Earth's core: Is called as a Magnetar."

"A Neutron-Star is the remnant of a star after a supernova explosion- the core of it's former body. Fueled with intense neutron-force (neutronis) and consisting only of neutrons without protons and electrons. Giving it the illumination of a thousand suns and the power of a hundred black-holes."

In the 4th Realm of Reality, a Cosmic-Cloud formed. Stirred and Spun. Charged and Powerful. There was a beam of pure-plasma penetrating it. There was a spiraling-circle underneath, decorated with runes and clusters of illustrations- illustrations of nature and of chaos. 

It was glowing with countless colors, it's borders being the sources of two hemispheres, one above and one below, domes made of pristine-plasma. Forming a sphere- called as the "Dubai-Canopy". 

It held this cloud of cosmic-matter. The Dubai-Canopy was bisected by a beam of pure-plasma penetrating the cosmic-cloud. 

Then Vaccum filled the Dubai-Canopy, and highly advanced types of Aura filled it wholesomely.  (Aura is a form of energy with a variety of elements it can be of.) After that an entire Magnetar was turned into aura and channeled into the Dubai-Canopy from one side. And from another side, an entire Black-Hole which was turned into plasma was shot into the canopy. Once the Dubai-Canopy was filled with them both, the Dubai-Canopy unlocked it's ultra-protection mechanisms called as Angelic-Barriers which surrounded the entire area around it. 

There was barely any lighting in this room made of metal, save for a blue-hued light spread around the area. There was a stair-case leading to a small balcony near the place which opened into the vastness of Dubai- 2nd Earth's Dubai. 

The Dubai-Canopy was now filled with nothing but Ebony-energy. It was a whole new form of energy, later coined as Buer. It was darker than the blackest hue of ebony. This color was coined as Ultra-Black. 

Then the Dubai-Canopy was calm and stable, in an unsettling and frightening way. Too calm and too stable. Regardless of that, the then King of Dubai, Felsif Suleiman brought cradled in his arms a baby boy with ebony-colored hair and irises. His pupils dark-violet. Yet his skin was pale-white. 

He looked at the people dressed in various outfits around the lab. The Prince of Dubai stepped in from the balcony. His round cheeks and fat physique making his preferred fashion of fabric-armor look handsome on him. He took out a key and unlocked the security-system of the lab. 

Then King Felsif gave the baby to one of the lab-helpers. He went to the Angel-Izamiel (a real angel) and gave the baby to him.  Angel-Izamiel then slowly placed the baby in the center of the Dubai-Canopy. In the center of the Ultra-Black cloud of Buer. Then the entire mechanism was switched *ON*. 

The baby's body of course couldn't bear the power of the process but it didn't die. It was whole-fully consumed by the Buer-Cloud. Izamiel used his Angelic-Gifts to keep the baby's soul alive and keep stability there. Kept using his Angelic-Gifts for various purposes. 

The Buer-Cloud got sucked in and in as if drawn into a vaccum. 

An explosion of light- 100 times brighter than a neutron-star....
