the flight was great I had the most relaxing time by myself. it's a shame that August didn't tell me who this Tyson was and I was scared now that I clearly opened my eyes and finally know that I can't trust anyone with all these lies! ANYWAYS I sat on the comfortable chair and waited for my ride

"Zonnique?" A deep voice said I turned around to see Tip standing there

"omg I miss you!" I said smiling. I ran and gave him a hug

"same here baby girl, the family would be so happy to see you." he said breaking the hug

"but did you tell them I was coming?"

"nahh. come on!" he said.. the Guards grabbed my bags and we walked to the car, L.A is beautiful I haven't been here in a long time it upgraded "you hungry?"

"Hell Yeah! I haven't eaten good food in a while now." I said rubbing my stomach he laughed

"you look Hungry.. well Auntie Shay cooking the house some dinner tonight for the fam." he said. YESS finally some homemade. we had a 40-minute drive to the house. the house was bigger than Atlanta and more beautiful. this time the house was gold and brown with silver gates it was gorgeous. I hopped out the car grabbing my side bag. we walked up to the house going inside

"OMG NIQUE NIQUE HERREHEHEHEHEHERERE!!!!!!! '0' " King said yelling and screaming around the house. the kids all ran downstairs like it was Christmas

"did you just sai- OMGG NIQUE NIQUE HERE!!!!!!!" they all said in unison. they ran and gave me all hugs until I felt my worm tears coming down my face

"hi guys I miss Y'all so much!" I said crying. lord this was a blessing

"Nique Why are you crying?" Major said he was big now he looked about 7 or 8

"I'm not crying poo." I said to him picking him up

"she's just happy Maj." King said

"come on kids le- OMMGG NIQUE NIQUE MY BABY YOUR HOME!!" my mom ran up to me I gave her a hug with my free hand. all the grown-ups came and greeted me this is the happiest moment ever! we all sat down and the kids went playing

"so how you've been Ms thing!" my mom's friend Trina asked me. I smiled

"I've been good! I've been making new albums and stuff." I said

"oh that's good! did you come here with Bahja?" shit! I never told them about the fallout

"No. She's back in Atlanta I came alone." I said

"come here Nique, I wanna show you something." my mom said by the stairs. I got up and walked over to her we went upstairs to the third floor going into this room that looked like an office/library we sat down on the double chairs next to the big window.

"mom?" I said she started crying

"I would always remember When you were born I held you in my hand and I couldn't stop crying the day your father walked out of my life. I thought I was going to be alone, I was going to have nobody. But every time I see you I look at him. So that day we moved here to California I cried too I didn't want you to become like your father leaving and forgetting about me but now you here and soon you'll be gone again." She said. I cried hearing about this

"But you told me he was coming back," I said in tears

"I guess I thought wrong you can't always get what you want in life some you have to work for you and some you have to be patient." She said. She walked over to a shorter shelf and took out a black box she hands it to me and sat back down. I opened the box and it was a white necklace that looked old along with a charming bracelet

"Those had belonged to your grandmother on your dad side. Her name was Zomary. Its pretty much like a wish to a man like getting married or wishing for happiness no it's not like voodoo or anything it's just luck." she said I glanced at the stuff

"luck of love." I said. she smiled

"that's right... but anyways where's Bahja?" she said.

"umm. I don't know." I said shrugging

"what you mean? what happened?"

"we got in an Argument she packs her shit then left. it was over some girl name LaLa" I said she shook her head

"wow! that girl something I gotta call her mom. go see your sister and brothers I'll go call her." she said. we got up and left the room. I walked over to Deja room. she was laying on her bed looking at her phone

"I see you all grown now huh?" we laughed. I sat next to her

"Nope! its just same old can't cook Deja." we both started dying of laughter

"I remember when u burned the cupcakes and dad had to take u to cooking lessons." I said

"and it did not work." she said

"Awweee its okay! I was Like that too. you'll get the hang of it." I said she nodded "So! do you have a boyfriend?"

"no." she said blushing

"nahh nahh don't give me that front. who is he?" I said playing serious

"fine! his name is Derrick h- gco

"HIS NAME IS WHAT!" Tip yelled from outside the door.

"Oh, Shut the hell up and leave them, girls, alone!" My grandma said. me and Deja bus out laughing DINNER HURRY UP!
