"Good morning, ma'am." I bowed to the lady at the desk. "My name is Y/n. I am starting an internship today."

"Yes, of course, do you have your identification?"

I pulled my student ID and, just to be safe, my passport out of my purse and handed them over.

The secretary glanced quickly at them both and passed them back to me along with a passcard and an employee ID card with my face on it. So that's why they asked for a copy of my passport photo.

"If you want to head straight back though those doors, you'll be going to the third room on the right. Just go in and have a seat. They're expecting you, however they had to schedule an artist meeting so you'll just listen in and they'll get you started when they finish."

I followed the directions and knocked on the door before entering. To the utter horror of my poor ARMY heart, the team I was interning with, was also the team responsible for none other than Bangtan Sonyeondan.

For a moment, I stood frozen. Right before my eyes was the group I'd hoped to maybe pass in the halls while working here. "You must be, y/a? I was told you go by Storm though. If you want to just sit by Suga there, we'll show you around after."

I snapped back to reality and, with a quick bow and greeting, settled into the seat next to Min Yoongi. His pink hair looks like candy. I love it.

Thankfully, I'd gone to a lot of concerts in high school, so I was used to holding my fangirl in. I focused on a spot somewhere above Sejin's left ear.

The artist meeting lasted another half hour. Mostly about their current promotional schedule, and recording they'd be starting soon.

"Now as I'm sure you guys have noticed, we're gaining a worker bee. She'll be shadowing us for the summer. She's studying music and film production, as well as taking a general music managment class. She'll be following us, and you, around acting as assistant manager or production assistant. Do you have any questions?"

Taehung raised his hand. "Sejin-nim called you Storm. Why?"

I could feel my face start to burn and hoped my makeup covered it well. "My friends nicknamed me that. I like to go outside when it's storming. It's like natures heavy music."

"Why music?"

You glanced at the guy next to you. "No matter the origin, music transcends the barriers of language. It can shape who you are from the core of your being. It can be whatever you when you need it. I've never been happier than when I'm making music or editing a music video."

Yoongi glanced over at me and nodded quietly.

"Do you sing or rap then?" Namjoon smiled at me.

My ears burned. "Uh...both. Piano, guitar, drums. I make beats and my own songs. I can't preform though. The moment I step foot onstage I freeze. So, I want to be the mastermind behind the music."

They all seemed to accept that answer. Jimin gave Jungkook a teasing smile. I felt like I'd passed some kind of test.
