Chapter 15

DAY 6

~ Skylar's P.O.V~

I got up from my alarm which scared the crap out of me. I decided to call Jake to see if he had any plans for today.

I called him and he answered.

"Hello?"

A woman answered?

"Um...is is Jake there?"

"Yes! He's asleep right now and who this might be?"

"I'm Skylar his sister." I said in a angry tone.

"Well hi Skylar probably you don't know me but I'm jakes girlfriend Destiny!" She said in excitement.

"Well tell him t- I cut off and heard Jake from the other end.

"Babe who's on the phone?" He asked her in a husky voice.

"It's your sister Skylar."

"Um....destiny can I talk to Jake for a moment?" I asked her.

I literally felt like crying.

" yes I'll pass him to you"

After 10 seconds he was put on the phone.

"Look Skylar I can explai-"

"J-Just don't explain anything. We're through and oh tell your 'girlfriend' to tell her that I said that your no good for no one!"

I hung the phone and took off the ring and threw it to the wall. I started to cry.

Sky: I-I hate my LIFE!!!! I shouted while crying.

Lots of thoughts went through my head. He was a total faggot as Chris said.

I got up and changed shorts only. I changed them into black sweat pants. I got up and tried to walk without crutches, but I couldn't it hurt a lot.

Sky: FUUUUUCCCCKKKK!!! I shouted when it hurt.

I got my crutches and headed to the bathroom. I put my hair into a ponytail and wiped my face. I only put mascara and Chapstick. Since I wasn't going to do anything today I went outside with Sammy. I sat with her on the floor on the balcony. She was super hyper until a petted her. Then she laid on my lap.

Sky: I guess your the only one I can talk to that would never do anything to me. I said while a stroked her fur.

I can't do anything with the stupid broken leg!

Then I heard my ringtone from my phone.

"Hello" I said.

"Hey Sky it's me Selena!"

"Oh hey Selena what's up!"

"I'm fine! I was wondering if you wanna go shopping today?"

"Why not?!"

"Okay I'll be at your house, but your do you live?"

"Do you know the hameltons hotel?"

"Of course I know where that is!"

"I'm staying in the penthouse."

"Okay I'll be there in 5!"

After that I hung up. I didn't want to change so I got up and got my purse and keys. As soon as I know it I hear a knock on the door. I opened it and it was Selena.

Selena: hey you ready?

Sky: um....yeah....

Selena: I'm sorry about your broken leg.

Sky: N-no it's fine let's just go. I smiled.

We went outside and inside of a limo.

~AT A MALL~

Selena got a scarf and sunglasses.

Selena: I can't let the public know in here.

Sky: oh....

We got out and went straight to the fashion.

She gave me 5 cute dresses to try on, 5 crop tops, and 10 cute jean shorts to try on.

I tried the 4 dresses and she didn't like it on me, but the last one she liked. It was black, tight, a sweetheart neck line, and up to my thighs. She liked the crop tops and 7 shorts, but I couldn't afford it. As soon as we go to the cashier it tell her.

Sky: um...Sel I can't afford all this...

She laughed for a little.

Selena: I'm paying for this and don't say no cause I will pay anything for my best friend.

I sighed in defeat and next we went to the shoes. I liked this converse, but instead Sel made me get high heels. I got two pairs of high heels and I begged her for the converse. Good thing my begging made her say yes.

After that we got our nails done and hair done. I always wanted to dye my hair into a light brown. So she told the stylist to dye it light brown with amber tips. It did come out so beautiful and I loved it. After that me went to the food court.

Sel: god I'm tired. She said while sitting on a bench.

Sky: you say I'm more tied cause I have to walk with crutches!

Sel: That sucks more I know...um sky if your not bothered me asking, w-what happens between you and Chris? She said shutterly.

I stayed quiet for 2 minutes and then I sighed.

Sky: "Me and Chris were a 'thing' if you say, but he changed. After the getting crashed for a car happened he didn't talk to me anymore. Then I found out that he was seeing Becky and I was already seeing someone also, I hated him so much. But one day I went to a fancy restaurant with my well ex-boyfriend now, I saw him with Becky and he looked pissed when he saw Jake. I mean pissed! I felt this vibe from him that he was going to burst out and he did. I had the promise ring on my ring finger and the waiters thought we were engaged, so then they gave us this food for free. Then they were telling us happy marriage or something like that. That's when he exploded. H-he told me why him and Becky-"

Selena: wait as in Becky G? She interrupted me.

I nodded.

Selena: I fricking knew it that she always had a thing for Chris!

Sky: W-wait! I haven't finished! So as I was saying he said why him and he ran out the restaurant and Becky chased him. After that day I called Jake and a girl answered and said she was his girlfriend. I told her to pass him to me and so she did. He said he can explain, but I just said we're over...

Sel: wow....that was a long story, but I warned you about Chris. He's different...

I know he's different...

Sky: but I moved on n- someone cut me off.

???: Sel?

I turned and it's was...
