Chapter 21

DAY 9

~Skylar's P.O.V~

I fluttered my eyes open and I didn't see Ashton on the side of me. I quickly jump out of bed and went downstairs. There was a note on the counter.

I'm sky me and the guys went to a meet and greet in San Diego. We'll be back around 3 am. Love you.

Ugh I guess I'm on my own for the rest of the day. Wait? I see Austin at 7! I ran to the room and checked the time on my phone. 2:00pm! God I slept late. I grabbed Sammy and went in the backyard. I laid on the floor and thinked really hard, but the problem is that I'm thinking of.....Chris.....

~Chris's P.O.V~

I woke up with a massive headache and in the living room. I saw glass shattered all around me. Some smashed and a picture lay on the floor crushed. I went to the picture and it was me and.......Sky.....

~FLASHBACK~

I went to the bar and got a couple of drinks. Ever since sky left me I had a drinking problem. I drank until I didn't know I was doing. I walked to my house and I was raged. SHE LEFT ME FOR ASHTON! ASHTON THE FUCKING ASSHOLE! I had a beer on my hand and threw it on the floor. It breaked into pieces.

I tugged my hair in outrage. I threw everything and it shattered across the floor. I saw a picture of me and sky the p-picture of me and her kissing in the rain. I stared at it. The sky I used to know, the one I truly love....is with another man....

I felt tears falling from my eyes and trailing down my cheek. I slammed the picture straight on the floor. I picked it up and the frame broke. I put it back on the floor. M-Maybe this is just a dream. I went to the couch and slept on it.

~FLASHBACK DONE~

I ruined my chances with sky forever. She has feelings for Ashton now....

~Skylar's P.O.V~

~SKIPPING TO THE DATE WITH AUSTIN~

I changed into a red dress that I brang from my suitcase and my black heels that I got from the mall. I brushed my hair down and scrunched it up with one of the guys gel. I put my perfume I bringed. I got my black jacket and started to went into of of the guys car and went to the coffee shop.

~Coffee Shop~

I got out of the car and saw through the glass Austin was sitting on the bench inside. I opened the door and Austin's face lit up.

Austin: Hey sky. He gently smiled.

Sky: hey. I said back.

We got coffee and talked.

Austin: so....um why are you dressed so pretty?

Sky: can't I girl change pretty without someone saying why I'm like this. I joked.

Austin: um....if ya mind can you come with me to a party after this? He said before he dranked his coffee.

Sky: why not! I'm free anyways for today. I said in a confident tone.

we finished our coffee.

Sky: did you come walking here?

Austin: yeah I live near.

Sky: come in my car I'll let you drive. She smirked.

~AT PARTY~

Austin had driven the car and parked in front of the house. The house was loud and even before I opened the door, I can smell the drugs being used.

Sky: uh....Austin who's party is this? I played with my fingers.

Austin: it's one of my close friends.

After that he got out of the car and so did I. As we walked closely to each other I saw a flash. Paparazzi's!

Sky: c-can we walk faster? I said nervously.

He nodded and we walked faster into the party. We eventually got in and the were people everywhere. Drunks and people that were high. We went to the kitchen and saw a girl that looked very familiar with a guy that also looked familiar. They both went into the crowd and I didn't see them anymore.

Austin: do you want something to drink? He asked while smiling.

Sky: uh-I'll get cranberry juice with volka in it.

He nodded and went to get her drink. 5 minutes later he came back with my drink. When I drank it it burned my throat.

Austin and I went to the dance floor and danced. After that we sat on the the couch and drank another one of those drinks that I don't know what's in it.

Austin: so...uhh do you have a boyfriend? He looked down.

~ Note: she's drunk so don't blame me~

Sky: No I don't!

He started to lean in and I did also. We kissed, but I didn't feel sparks at all. Not liked when I kissed Ashton. Wait? Ashton! Ashton Irwin is my boyfriend! I pushed away from Austin and I got up quickly.

Sky: I'm sorry, I-I gotta go!

Hesitantly I went through the crowd of people. Then I saw the familiar couple. They were making out in a corner. As soon as I see the guys face it......

"Chris?"
