Chapter 14

DAY 5 Part 2

~Chris's P.O.V~

I couldn't take it and ran out the restaurant. The one that I thought that was meant for me with another guy. Then I hear she's going to be married to him soon! I know we went our separate ways, but I don't like seeing her with any other guy except me....

Becky: WAIT! CHRIS! She shouted.

I just ran not knowing where I'm going. Leaving my car behind in the restaurant. I soon saw a alley and went straight into it. I sat down and my back was on the wall. What was I thinking? Me with Becky! Sky is for me and only me....

~Skylar's P.O.V~

Jake: um....can we take the deserts to go? He asked one of the waiters.

Waiter: of course! Mia! Get these desserts to go! The waiter yelled at a young girl who looked like the age of 14. She had black curly locks that goes up to her chest and big brown eyes.

Mia: yes brother. She said in fear.

~2 minutes later~

She came with a to go tray and something looked familiar from her. I just can't put my finger on it. I got my crutches and me and Jake headed to his car.

~15 minutes later~

We arrived at the hotel. I got out and Jake went next to me.

Jake: Sky....

Sky: what? I said a little rudely.

Jake: w-was Chris your boyfriend before?

Sky: yeah....but it's over now...we d-decided to go our separate ways....

I looked down and he lifted my chin up with his hand. He looked straight into my eyes and kissed me. I kissed back, but I-I feel like every time I kiss him...I.....pretend it's......Chris.....

~In Hotel~

He kissed my cheek in the elevator and went straight to his hotel. I pressed the button to the level the penthouse is and the elevator door closed. I kept thinking why did Chris react like that? The ring on my finger is a promise ring, but do I really deserve Jake?

~Chris's P.O.V~

~25 minutes later~

I got up and went back towards the parking lot on the restaurant. I knew Becky already called someone to pick her up because she wasn't there. I got in my car and left home.

~His House~

I parked into my driveway and thinked for a moment.

Does Sky care about me anymore?

Is she really going to be married to that faggot?

All these thoughts started going through my head. I heard a knock on the car window. It was cameron?

Cameron: hey I need to leave. Are you going somewhere else? He looked worried.

Chris: N-now I'm staying. Thanks for taking care of Sadie. I smiled.

Cameron: no problem. He slightly smiled.

After that he left. I got out from the car and went inside the house. When I opened the door and heard Sadie.

Sadie: CHRISSY!!!!! She shouted.

She ran towards me and hug me tightly.

Sadie: I-I missed you. She looked like she was about to cry.

Chris: I'm here that is what counts. I smiled to her.

Sadie: A-Am I leaving tomorrow at Aunties house?

Chris: well she wants you to go tomorrow and she's going to take you to Disneyland. I teased but it was true.

She jumped in excitement.

Sadie: O-Okay!!! She ran to her room.

I went up into my room and forgot that 10 days from now sky's not gonna be here.... But I'm not gonna let that happen...

~Skylar's P.O.V~

7:00 pm

I showered carefully and changed into a blue laced bra and blue panties. I got a red crop top and sweat shorts. I checked my twitter and saw a tweet from Chris.

@chriscollins @skylarmendes : When is your birthday?

Now what would he want to know my birthday?!

{Btw the month right now in the story Is in the middle of October and the day is 17}

@skylarmendes @chriscollins: My birthday is on October 19.

I quickly locked the phone and watched The Kardashians in the tv. 5 minutes I felt a buzz on the bed. I looked on my notifications.

@chriscollins @skylarmendes : THAS ONLY TWO DAYS AWAY!!!! I'm getting you a present. :)))))))

@skylarmendes @chriscollins : Do whatever you want...

After the episode finished I turned off the tv and covered myself with the sheets on the bed. The scent of Chris was here. The smell of his cologne and mint. After that I fell asleep.

~Chris's P.O.V~

I got to get her a present and plus we start the movie again next Monday. I know exactly what to get her.
