I looked in the mirror at all of the bruises all over my body. Make up wasn't gonna cover up how many bruises there were, how much internal damage there was. I was so hurt, I have never felt like this before. I feel so helpless, I love him so much but I can't keep living like this. Today I have a doctors appointment and I think I'm going to go to this one alone. I just need a moment to get myself together, and after that I'm gonna meet the girls at the studio.

I kneeled over the toilet throwing up. I felt horrible, I've been feeling sick since last night. I was constantly throwing up and my stomach had been cramping all day. I don't think I'm gonna make it to the studio today.
