Episode 17: The Studio Session

(Kaori)

I walked into the house and me and the girls started packing our bags. We were going to change into our party clothes at the studio. I called Rashaad to let him know about the party. "Hello?" He said answering the phone. "Hey, so me and the sisters are having a party tonight. But I know that you get drafted tonight so I don't really know how that works but I would love for you to come." I said. "Yeah, The hope is that I get drafted tonight but it's not like a press conference or anything you watch from home." He said laughing. "So you gon come?!" I said excitedly. "I'll be there." He said chuckling. "Yayy! Okay well talk to you later!" I said ecstatic. "Bye Kay." He said laughing. He hung up the phone and I continued to pack. I was soo excited that Rashaad was coming. I'm starting to really enjoy his company. This morning me and him just talked and talked and talked over the breakfast he made us. I think I really like him.

(Kuiri)

I pulled up to the studio after dropping my clothes off at my hotel. I feel so awesome, I have so many creative juices flowing and I'm just happy about life. I'm about to get in the studio and make some great music and then WHITE GIRL PARTYYYYY! lol.

(Kaishaa)

"Damnnnnn Kamori!" I said. "Where you learn that?!" I said referring to the note she just hit. "Girl I youtube everything!" She said laughing. "I can't believe you wrote all this yourself! This whole album is a hit!" I said. I was so proud of Kam, she hasn't been getting the attention she needs as far as music so for her to do this on her own shows the star my sister truly is. She wrote her whole project herself and now we're just gonna have Kuiri come in and clean some stuff up. "Hey kee!" I said as Kuiri walked through the door. "Hey ladies!" She said as she sat her things down and greeted us. I could tell a change in Kuiri between the other day and now, she's happy. It's all over her, I don't know what switch but I'm all for it.

(Kha'eeli )

I walked in the door and Kaori and the girls came in soon after. "Hey y'all." I said as I walked through the door. I was kinda caught off guard at the fact that Kamori was in the booth. I know that she's a singer too but... I don't know. I don't really know how I feel. I just feel like she hasn't been giving music as much attention as fashion and then has the nerve to jump in the booth. I don't know, maybe I'm being selfish I'll just let it go. Maybe this morning is on my mind and it's just spilling into the rest of my day.
