You: Hey, I won't be back for a while, I am out for the night

Max Emilian: I HAD ALREADY FIGURED THAT ONE OUT!

You: Oops?

Max Emilian: YOU ARE SO DONE WHEN YOU ARE BACK! I WAS WORRIED SICK

You: I can see you are at least not very pleased with me...

Max Emilian: YOU FIGURED?

You: Kind of did...

"That guy is mad..." I mumble as I am still in Stoffel's arms. "Why though? He was fine with..."

"He was fine with what?" I bite my lip. This was a stupid move. Stoffel doesn't exactly know I was supposed to go on a date with Pierre before I rejected him at the very last moment. "Julia..." He said as he made me look at him. 

"When Pierre asked me on a date and I said yes... Plus he was the one who sent you to the airport when he knew I had a slight crush on you!" 

"You went on a date with Pierre?!" Stoffel yells and tears are forming in my eyes at the tone he is yelling it. 

"No..." 

"But you just?!" He starts talking on a normal volume again and he sounds confused, really confused. 

"Yeah I know what I just said..." I mumble. "Pierre asked me on a date and since my feelings were all over the place, I agreed to it. That was what he asked me when I was supposed to go on the walk with you, so that was why I was so messed up. I said yes and when he came to pick me up, or well, just before that I realised I was being a total fool as I don't like him that way, I didn't really know I like you that way either, but I figured out I didn't like him like that for sure and kind of sent him home without even having a proper conversation with me as I was totally messed up..." Somewhere in my story, which was probably hard to understand. I could see Stoffel's look soften. 

"Okay." Is all he says and he pulls me back into his chest. "Luckily you have figured out you like me like that now." I can hear his mischievous smile in the way he is talking. 

"You are a dork, Stoff... A total dork..."
